We needed to update some components to our sound system and help coordinating all components. Our expert listened to what we wanted and then provided options in various price ranges. He explained what we could expect from each option and then let us make the decisions that we felt best for us. He explained things very well and was very polite and professional at all times.

We were very pleased with Michael as our advisor for our sound system and new TV. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything very thoroughly. Michael was friendly and we enjoyed working with him. Today we gave his name to our son, Steve Treadwell, who is building a new home in Parker and needs advice on putting his sound system in. I hope they can get together soon.

Honestly, we cannot be happier with Evan and our Best Buy experience. He was super knowledgeable, attentive to details, and responsive. We had a lot of moving pieces with our new home and he handled it all seamlessly. We just went back this week to order more items because we knew it would get done the right way with Evan.

We were looking to change our alarm system and make our home Wi-Fi ready. Stephen McCrory, from Daytona Beach, FL, came to our home and made an evaluation of what we had with suggestions. We took his suggestions for the Ring Alarm System, Eero WiFi and Wemo switch for our lights.

My Best Buy Technical Consultant, Kelsey Patterson, did an outstanding job helping me find a washer and dryer combo for my 89 year old mother. I needed something easy to use, reliable and reasonably priced. He was very knowledgeable. He presented several options and gave me the pros and cons of each. I learned a lot about washer and dryers, as well as, found the perfect combo for my mother.

The expert, Michael, was very helpful to quickly order my TV since it was out of stock in the store and another associate told us that it is not available online either, but he was wrong, and then Michael found that he was referring to a wrong item. Mike ordered the TV quickly before it goes out of stock online and we picked it up from store a week later.

Joshua was great. I felt fortunate to have him expert advice while shopping for a TV. He is very knowledgeable about all aspects of the current TV's. He told me the good and bad of various models in much more depth than I expected from a Best Buy salesperson. I ended up getting a 65" LG OLED 4K TV. I'm very happy with the TV and the sevice.

We just finished remodeling our kitchen. Tiffany was very knowledgeable about the appliances available in the finish we wanted and the features we were looking for. She was especially helpful when our project was delayed and we needed to adjust our delivery date. She had a great attitude and was willing to take the time to be sure we were happy with our purchase.

Bogar was so helpful. We had been looking all over to find a built-in refrigerator of very specific size and could not find. When Bogar got involved he found what we needed and was able to expedite delivery. He had answers for everything and was able to get us all settled rather quickly. I would highly recommend his services for Best Buy.

Eric was awesome. Really knew his stuff and seemed to hone in on what I really needed and not trying to sell me something just for the sake of selling it. He got me the best combination of products to properly install a recently purchased new 85" TV and a new 50" TV we needed for the bedroom and we couldn't be happier at how everything turned out.

We needed assistance with installing our Tablo device and as always our contact with Best Buy, Michael Holtz, was instantly taking care of our needs. He set up the Geek Squad to come out and take care of everything for us and took care of troubleshooting an issue with one of our TV's at the same time. Couldn't be more pleased with our experience working with Mike and the Geek Squad team members.

The Best Buy Home Expert program works and Mike is an example of why it works. He is knowledgeable and understood our needs. The hand off to the install team found a few minor disconnects between what wanted and Mike had recommended and what was actually going to work. This was a positive because the two steps from home estimate to install acted as a double check. Very pleased !!

Bryan was a great help for me with deciding which home AVR to buy. He took all the time needed to explain the different models and what features they had and what it would accomplish. A big factor in myself also buying new front channel speakers at the same time.

Angelica did a great job of coming into our home and listening to our wants while providing her ideas of how to make it happen. We appreciate how quickly she was available to meet with us in the store the following day to make the purchase. Additionally, she remained in contact after the installation and even helped send out a tech for free to fix a small center channel issue. Thank you Angelica.

Eryn Sieber is friendly and knowledgeable. When our expensive 8-zone audio receiver failed, Eryn came up with a Sonos-based replacement system that cost less and did more. After installation we are very happy with our new multi-room sound system. A nice added touch was Eryn saved us some money by using two zones in our existing Onkyo receiver, and selling us one fewer Sonos Amps.

Moving into a new home after a house fire, we were starting our AV search from scratch. Austin was amazing at recommending the right brand, size, quality, placement, and sound option for each room of the home. I would highly recommend Best Buy's in-home consultation for all of your tech needs.

Michael Koen was perfect. He is knowledgeable but not pushy or aggressive. He just wants to help customers make good decisions about their theatre equipment. Kyle, the installation Geek Squad person was also just perfect.

Kenneth was extremely courteous extremely punctual and extremely knowledgeable. I order any and all of my electronics through Kenneth now, because it is such a pleasure to work with himz. He always has our best interest in mind, he’s very responsive and if he doesn’t know the answer he’s willing to find out from a subject matter expert to get you the information you need prior to a purchase.

We'd like to thank Troy again for his expertise on setting up the Sonos system. It sounds great. We, being of the analog age, appreciated the training Troy provided us on the operation of the Sonos system. We also appreciated his help trying to wirelessly connect our laptops to our printers. As it turns out, we need new laptops to do so. Thanks again Troy

My whole entertainment center needed a long overdue overhaul & Tyler gave excellent recommendations. He also showed up on installation & was very instrumental in getting everything set up. My new television accompanying sound system is pretty incredible. Still some tweaking to do, but Tyler has made himself available for additional assistance, which I am grateful for.
