I have had a great seamless experience starting with the home consultant Savinder Singh and with the installation technicians David Bishop and Alfonso Carrillo as well. They were all very professional, prompt and very customer oriented. I am a very satisfied customer. And by the way , Geek Squad was cheaper for an additional job I needed done (who would have thought so?!)

Excellent staff, excellent execution and excellent follow through. Tony and the tech guys, John, and Alan, we’re professional, timely, and highly competent. It was a pleasure working with them, and will do it again when next, we need products and services of this kind.

Geek squad did a great job figuring out our Wifi network problems and upgraded us to a new system. The techs were courteous and returned quickly to repair something that had been inadvertently damaged with our wiring.

Matt was just the absolute best. He educated me, didn’t over sell me, and most importantly he listened first. Matt is an amazing asset to your team. 100% would hire him if I ever had the chance, haha. Great guy in general too.

We needed help with choosing a cooktop. The consultant was knowledgeable about the products and took the time to listen to our needs. He was responsive and following through from beginning to completion of installation. He and his team at BestBuy made this a wonderful experience. Thank you!

Replaced malfunctioning old Orbi Mesh router with new Orbi 960 Series Quad-Band WiFi 6E Mesh System. Also replaced old Sonos amplifiers with current version. Sound is incredible! Victor with the Geek Squad was the BEST.

John, was very helpful and knowledgeable in walking us through an expensive and complex decision in short order. Now that we have the appliances installed, I am amazed that it went as smooth as it did. I am still shopping to try to take advantage of the price match guaranty, but so far, no luck. It appears we had good deals on all. Nice job John, nice job Best Buy.

First off, the low marks are for the in-home consultation and return policies. The Geeks who install deserve 5 stars. Our consultation was in Nov 2019 for a remodel that was due to start in Jan 2020. We purchased several thousand dollars of smart home improvements from Rings to Hue smart lights and hubs and more. Installation and protection plans were also part of the sale. Around March, we had the Geeks come to install the smart infrastructure as well as a smart thermostat. Short version: the device we were told to purchase did not connect to the furnace we had. We returned it right away but because it was over 3 months, we had to refund/exchange for something else. Then the pandemic hit and our remodel was caught in limbo until just before Thanksgiving. In early December, the Geeks came to install our Ring and the MyQ Smart Garage Hub. They found the Ring was defective and the Garage Hub would not work with our older garage door opener. I tried to return them but was told that I was out of luck since we purchased them more than a year ago. I asked for a manager and talked to him about the situation. Still no refund or exchange. I mentioned I might talk to corporate and was told that even the President wouldn't let me have a discount. I did purchase another Ring and the Geeks successfully installed it. My main complaint was that the In-Home Advisor did not check to see if the smart thermostat or the smart garage door hub worked with the furnace or garage opener we had. Plus, the situation of not being able to return them.

Brett was extremely helpful with recommending specific products and with placement when we were looking or a mesh router. He was very knowledgeable and trustworthy - steering us away from extras we didn’t need. Honestly, it felt like we had one of longtime buddies over for advice. Thank you for offering this service!

Jules gave his full attention and really walked us through the process of making the right purchases -- including meeting us at the store to ensure everything went through smoothly. Very good representative. Best Buy is lucky to have him.

Initially Alex helped get me routed to the expert best for my issue. Then Suman D. came online with my computer freeing me up to do something else. I simply came back to my computer about every 45 minutes to one hour until repairs were made. I was left a message that I needed to attempt to load Trend Micro at a later time because it wouldn't load.

We needed a whole new internet coverage system put in because what we had wasn’t cutting it, and we also needed to have an outdoor access point. Shawn did a great job ascertaining our needs and making sure we got set up with the installation team to get it all done. It’s been almost a week now and our Wifi is 10x the speed we were getting before and completely stable.

I met Brian Riggsbee at the Crabtree Valley store in Raleigh NC. He helped me to select a dishwasher and then came to my house to check measurements to determine if I could also replace my wall oven and fridge with the newest KitchenAid models. Brian was prompt, responsive, careful, and kind.
