We needed help with selecting a new TV and sound bar

Ian was great to work with...very knowledgeable and straight shooter....would use him again for other products and highly recommend him for a large screen TV and AVR purchase. His capability along with the expertise of the Geek Squad for the installation was the main reason we chose Best Buy for our purchase.

Helped design & install our new LGTV, receiver, & set up existing speaker system and orient us about the LGTV and speaker capabilities. They were most helpful. Some problems with 2 speakers, but BB recommended part which I purchased and installation & trouble shooting is scheduled tomorrow (one week later). I think the Geek Squad is doing a great job, especially Nick and Zack.

Mike has been extremely helpful throughout the whole process of replacing all the kitchen appliances and entertainment system in our new house. He has been accommodating when I have made a number of changes, and other vendors have caused delays. I could not be happier with his help. He knows his products, and has worked hard to make sure I am getting what I need and want.

We had multiple TVs we wanted mounted including two that were mounted side by side. The team that came in to do the install was knowledgeable and professional. They discussed height and placement options with us and made sure everything thing was hung to our satisfaction. Overall this was a great service that we would recommend to family and friends.

We needed 3 TVs. Eduardo was extremely helpful. We were concerned with choosing the right size, having the best clarity & less glare. I emailed him several times with a variety of questions. He responded promptly & was very helpful. He took the time & explained everything so that I was able to understand & make a decision that I was happy with.

I needed a home theater for my livingroom. The consultant was amazing. He came to my place the same day to gather information for an estimate. He was not pushy and recommended what I needed for the space I had. He explained what the different devices were and what they did. He kept in touch through the whole process of shipping and installing.

Michael Ost was very knowledgeable and professional and had many great suggestions to get the most out of our video systems. We are extremely satisfied with the results.

Michael helped us with our tech purchases a couple of months ago. He took great care to really understand what we needed and then made sure the correct product was ordered and delivered. Then just last week, he helped us replace our washer and dryer and he was just as knowledgeable on appliances. Michael is our go to guy and a great asset to the store.

I needed help with additional wi-fi service and a ring security . I was provided great service and advice for my needs. the entire process did not take long and installation was set up right away. Terry has been a reliable consultant for all of my needs.

I have been working with Eddie off and on for a year now. Never fails to return a call or text when I reach out to him. We had a very trying time with a home theater system during the Covid crisis and he was always there when we needed him with the scheduling problems. Great person to work with. All of the techs that came to the house to install our system were knowledgable and friendly.

Cayden was our Home Expert and he was fantastic, even though we had to delay the installation due to the fact we considered moving to another home (fell through). He was great to work with, as was Daniel, the person who came to do the installation. Both top notch, couldn't be more pleased with the service and everything is working perfectly. Went to several BB stores and met Mia. She was an incredible with customer service. She was available to answer all my questions and advise me in a rather large purchase for my home theater needs. She answered all my texts and emails promptly and when I had a warranty issue, she made sure it was taken care of. If you are in Brentwood, make sure to ask for Mia.

My Home Expert - Jack Ohanian - was great! Wanted my large screen TV and soundbar mounted AND a wall-mounted oven to replace my broken one. Couldn't get the time or my head around the measurements and no patience or time for mistakes. Having one person to deal with both and show me options was great! This made things so easy for me. Just sorry I didn't do it sooner!
