Rachel D. was awesome! She met us at our new house and helped us choose 2 new LG G1 77 and 65 tvs, Apple boxes, along with mesh Wi-Fi, Electrolux washer and dryer and then had it all delivered and professionally installed. Rachel s an asset to Best Buy and I will highly recommend her to my friends and neighbors.

Kim Dang has been very helpful when purchasing appliances for a kitchen remodel. She considered size, value and my needs when making recommendations. She checked to make sure installation went well and if all was satisfactory. Later she helped me buy a laptop Now the new oven isn’t working properly. she helped me reach a technician and made an appointment for me. She was awesome.

Kelsey was very easy to work with and very helpful with my cooktop and oven installation. I had a couple problems that was taken care of right away. I would definitely use Best Buy for appliance purchases again. I really appreciated the kindness and help Kelsey Patterson gave us.

My Best Buy experience was awesome! Working with Gabriel both at the store and in my newly built home to plan out my project was extremely helpful and he was very patient and professional! The crew that came in the sun up was also very knowledgeable and very professional! I highly recommend Best Buy and their tech team.

Will was exceptional from the day he walked into our home until we received the appliances. He was professional and did not rush us when we were picking out the appliances. He kept in touch and was supportive even when the appliances were back ordered. I would DEFINITELY work with him again. Best Buy is lucky to have him on your team!

Needed help with the setup, installation and just what did I need for an outside tv; so I called Best Buy. An appointment Chris Simon solved all my issues. Chris determined what I needed, where to do the installation, and how the installation was to been done. Total

We wanted a new TV and sound bar. Joe was our consultant and is very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He scheduled the visit promptly and was very accommodating to our schedules. Joe found us exactly what we were looking for and saved us $$$!! Great follow up and service. I highly recommend Joe G and Best Buy!

We needed help installing our 5.1 surround sound system and making sense of wiring behind our entertainment center. Steve and James were extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly during the installation. They answered all of my questions and did a great job sorting through the wires and correctly hooking everything up to the receiver and TV.

Tiffany was wonderful to work with! Extremely product knowledgeable, friendly and attentive to our needs. This was our second time utilizing her consultant services for large purchase items and we will continue too in the future. Highly recommend her services to all of our friends and family when shopping BB.

Blake Laster has helped my wife and I with several projects throughout the years. His knowledge and familiarity with the latest developments in technology and appliances have helped us make informed decisions on many major purchases. I am an engineer and love all things tech. However, I still find myself relying on Blake’s expertise. In turn, we remain loyal customers of Best Buy.

Alec was excellent in reviewing our needs for our kitchen and helping us in the planning for our new appliances to work with our kitchen layout. His response time to communication is quick, efficient and courteous.

Steven is always attentive to my needs and responds quickly to order requests or questions about products. He communicates professionally and with kindness. My fist interaction with him was an inexpensive purchase but he treated it like it mattered. Based on that interaction I've continued to make my purchases through him and I highly recommend anyone else to do so as well.

Chris Lowe was a fantastic help. He supported us through every step of the process and even followed up after completion. He was patient throughout the process despite our frequent changes of mind. The other consultants were equally helpful and clearly did not hesitate to help when Chris was unavailable.

I wasn’t even planning on buying anything but after being approached by a beard so inviting, I just couldn’t say no. This luxurious mane is so breathtaking, you just want to cuddle up in it and take a nap. That, my friends, is who you want to buy your appliances from. A-Plus ratings all around. this was a consultation visit to determine which equipment would be most suitable for my house and my needs. The appointment was made quickly. The representative< Nikolas, was on time and kept in touch before the visit as to the time frame. He was very pleasant and efficient and patient in answering a lot of questions. I would recommend the service to neighbors and friends.

Michael was very helpful and very knowledgeable about the latest TV's. Our previous 82" TV finally failed and we needed a new big TV. The 4k picture on the Samsung 75" we bought is awesome. Looks just like the demo's in the store that are so impressive.

The installers were very helpful and knowledgeable, with ability to accomplish this huge task! the surround sound is incredible, It reminds me of our Las Vegas vacation at New York, New York hotel where they had surround sound around their pool!

Rey went above and beyond at every opportunity. He was so informative and helpful - and I finally got the answers I needed! I will absolutely call upon him for his help again and have already referred him to other family members and friends. Truly outstanding customer service in world where customer service is usually disappointing, frustrating “lip service.” Yay Rey!!!!!

Troy Stoddard is very personable and did a comprehensive evaluation of the problem I was having with a TV I'd purchased from Best Buy. Ultimately, my problem was resolved, but "Geek Squad Scheduling" turned this into a nightmare that ultimately had to be dealt with by the good management at my Best Buy store. None of this was Troy's fault, BB is lucky to have him.

Ben was very knowledgeable and helpful with our new TV and surround sound purchase. He was able to put together a quality package for us including installation. Ben came to our home to design and present choices for each item. He was able to give us comparisons and advice on what would work best for the area we have. Thanks Ben.
