My purchase experience through best buy was one of the best I've ever had. From the point of purchase and knowledge of the appliances to support after my appliances were delivered was truly exceptional. My home expert was available via text, which was super convenient for me, for whatever I needed. I'd highly recommend Best Buy and Kyle, my home expert, to any potential client.

Dylan Beam did an excellent job understanding my needs and explaining the options. He also set up the install/programming with the Geek Squad.

We needed a support for our new home sound and image system as well as some other appliances and Gym equipment and it had been great to have an outstanding support from Cindy (Cynthia Dodson) in all areas. She promptly responded our questions and addressed our needs regardless if she was on duty or vacation. It have been a great experience to work with her.

We needed help upgrading our TV and the necessary equipment as ours was 17 years old. The tech came out and did not rush us, simply explained the new technology available today and making suggestions as per what we said we were looking to do. No pressure to 'buy now' whatsoever.

Javier was so patient and helpful during the process of choosing literally every appliance for our new build. We told him what we were looking for and he made some great suggestions and kept in contact with us. It was a pleasure doing business with him! His customer service, promptness, professionalism and communication were top notch!

We had our dishwasher broken and were looking for a new one. Bill not only helped us find the best one for our needs but also made sure to get it delivered and installed in just 2 days. John was very helpful and informative, and efficient with entering our order. He showed us the TV we wanted, showed us another TV as a suggestion, showed us a fantastic wall mount that we really like, and then put everything together in the computer. We were in and out in probably no more than 20 minutes, which was pleasing in the pandemic era.

Two technicians installed my new smart TV and set up and explained all the features. They answered all my questions and were very helpful. I especially appreciate that they wear booties over their shoes to protect my home from tracking in dirt.

I needed expert advice on the perfect television fir a complex corner installation. This was not going to happen in the store Adam was a great source of expert information. I was confident about the process from start to finish. The Geek Squad installation was flawless. I have an older home theater that needs to be updated. I know who to call!
