I only give reviews for exception service (good and bad). The service I received by Sarah was exceptionally - GREAT! She is professional, knowledgeable, responsive and most of all wonderful to work with and patient!

I needed a new cooktop and oven but was not sure the replacements I preferred would fit in the existing space. Jaylen came and measured my space, advised me on what modifications were necessary, and even recommended a subcontractor. I'm so glad I scheduled an in-home consultation with Best Buy.

This home consultation service is the best!!! Ricjkard Desir did an incredible job in explaining the various components we were interested in. I highly recommend this service before making a large tech purchase.

I am very satisfied with using the home consultation program through Best Buy. The Home Expert tailored my order to my exact needs, including multiple times that I changed my mind on the product selections. All my products were delivered to my house and installed by the Geek Squad. I was contemplating trying to do the install myself but I have no regrets after letting them to do it.

Andrew is wonderful! Not only did he help me select the right tech products for my home, he was able to set up the purchase order and installation date. My whole tech system is vastly improved! His recommendations are right on point for my needs, and he did not upsell or recommend products that I did not need.

We wanted to cut the cord and save money on our cable bill. Will helped us review our options. He listened carefully to what we wanted to do and asked questions to establish our priorities. Finally he walked us through a plan that divided the process into manageable and understandable steps. I know his expertise helped us avoid several pitfalls.

Dan Walstrom was a invaluable consultant in guiding me through a complete home theater including speakers, receiver, TV and connecting it all together in our home. Not only did he know each of those, but was able to compare the pros and cons of multiple options

I needed help with measuring my stove top and hood.they came to my home and measure both and told me the exact size to purchase and they came back a few days later and installed both items.they have excellent customer service

Megan is superb. Everything we have ordered and had installed since Jan of 2020 through Sept of 2021 has been as promised. She measured everything in advance and was ready when we were with suggestions on all appliances. In addition, she saved us a great deal of money as well as time and stress, making this extremely easy. We gladly recommend her.

Needed help with a burner grate for our new stove. As usual, customer service was excellent. Omar, our salesman, was magnificent. He took care of it immediately, hand delivered us a brand new grate. We're very satisfied with our purchase and customer service and our great salesman Omar of Orland Park, Illinois.

I have purchased several Eufy base stations and cameras. They are phenomenal. I thank Kerrie for always giving me great product advice. She never "hard sells" me on anything. Her customer service is amazing!! Best Buy is lucky to have her. My Geek Squad tech Chris is equally amazing. Smart, fast and professional. I so enjoy working with both of them!!!

John is my guy when it comes to consultation on electronics. He is knowledgeable and fair , it doesn't over sell you on stuff and is very clear in his recommendations and reasoning. I will always request John for any further work and with his install partner Jason it is a great combo for customer satisfaction.

I was very pleased with the courteous, professional advice that I received from David Rose when I was recently upgrading my WiFi system and television service. I am old and not knowledgeable about the advances in technology. David was patient and kind and very helpful. I am completely satisfied with his service and would recommend him with no hesitation.

We had Mason Marshall come to our house to look at our home stereo and discuss options for upgrading our speakers. He was very informative and had some great ideas that fit within our budget. After going to the store and placing an order (speaker wasn’t in stock) there was a small mix up which Mason quickly fixed. I’ve already recommended him to friends. Great resource!

Hilarie is an outstanding employee. My wife and I are extremely pleased with her efforts to help us and her ability to understand our issues and find ways to help us. When we buy from Best Buy, Hilarie is our go to person. If she is not available, we will wait until she is.

Dealing with Mr. Jaime Rodriguez was an excellent experience he was professional, polite, thoughtful concerning our needs and what was the best solution for us. Sam has been excellent when I couldn't decide on appliances and while continuing the construction of my new kitchen, he kept in touch and updated when necessary! I even called him on his day off in a panic...he again reassured me we were on track! It made a difference in my opinion of Best Buy products and support.
