We had a new 75 inch tv delivered and installed in the family room then moved and installed that old tv to the living room and disposed of that old Sony that died in there. Jesus kept us up to speed daily on when and where we were in the purchasing process and what time they would be at to the house to install everything. They made this a very simple process for us

She is patient and so knowledgeable about what Best Buy offers and how everything works. We were able to boost our internet capabilities and get TVs mounted. Reliable and responsive! We are loving our sunbrite outdoor tv for football season.

we needed an outdoor speaker system Amanda came out & recommended & explained how the system would work. Then she did a demo with the system , it was awesome!! The whole experience with her & the bestbuy crew was fantastic!! Our back yard now feels & sounds like we are at a resort!! We love it thank you Amanda!!

Sean is my go to guy for pretty much anything home entertainment. I told hi what I was in the market for and he was more than happy to guide me in what would most likely be the best items within my planed budget. I will always use Sean as my sales associate in future purchase or for advice regarding any items .

We were looking for a gas cooktop and went to the store. They had only a few sample models available. The very helpful attendant suggested a home visit by an expert consultant. We set up an appointment for a few days away. The consultant helped us select and we bought a stove top. It was installed three days later.

Brett Greenberg did an outstanding job helping me with multiple purchases. He came to advise me on a new double wall-mounted oven. He then spent extra time to give me info on new TVs and a better sound system. He appreciated my issues and needs. He went out of his way to help me get things delivered and installed. Dustin and Holly worked as a team to bring our home MESH network technology and Ring security cameras. Consultancy and subsequent installation of my new TV was great. After two days, I did encounter 4 minor problems and called. The installer took 15 minutes out of his busy schedule and dropped by to resolve the minor problems. I'm very thankful. I appreciate the attention by the consultant and the installers. Thank you!

My husband and I have bought a TV in 10 years. This is our first experience with a professional surround sound theater install. All of our guys starting with our consultation to the finished look of our new theater room was flawless! We are enjoying our movie nights more than ever! Jesse was stellar in assisting us in buying a new refrigerator from Best Buy! This service was invaluable to us in finding the correct refrigerator size and features, to replace the former built-in that stopped working with no parts to be found. Please continue this fantastic service as we will be having him return to purchase a new induction cooktop soon.

We were looking for a new LED TV and sound bar and had questions about how to install them in a prewar apartment with plaster walls. I hadn’t previously engaged Best Buy for a consultation on what to purchase, so I did not know what to expect. Orlandy was great to talk with, reasonable and listened well to understand what end solution we were looking for, and what options we had considered. I found his knowledge and input invaluable in making a decision on what items to purchase and am thankful.

Christavius Simon was a very professional and courteous. There's a little hiccup in our delivery date, but he sped it over and made it a non-issue an excellent representation for best buys..

The consultant helped me identify what Ring products I needed to satisfy my need to monitor wildlife in my fenced yard. He picked up the two wired floodlights with cameras at Best Buy and let me know I needed a licensed electrician to install them before the installation date for the remaining devices.

Thanks to Duane I got the appliances that I needed. They fit perfectly, look great, and even when a dent was found on the range, and a scratch on the griddle, Duane was ready to have a new range sent to me, instead, I asked if he could just refund some of the cost and send me a new griddle, and he did.

Installation for our Sonos sound bar was quick and easy! Crew was on time and made sure everything was working perfectly!
