Went to the store on a busy day. Waited 40 minutes for someone to assist. A manager apologized for the wait and told us about the in home consultant. We called. He came out on a scheduled date and time that worked for us. Recommended products. Measured to make sure they fit in the space, and provided a delivery date. We’re very satisfied with Mike our consultant! He’s excellent. We bought a washer and dryer.

We wanted to have rear ceiling speakers installed for surround sound and connected to our Sonos system. Devon came out for consultation and thoroughly researched it all and described how it would be done. Geek Squad showed up on time for appointment and within a couple hours they had wired everything up and installed ceiling speakers. Having to crawl thru the attic and run wiring was not a problem. Speakers are incredible !!

I went with Best Buy because I did not have a very good experience with Home Depot. Jacob did an excellent job orchestrating the whole purchasing process and of scheduling the installation and delivery of my Home Appliances. The installers and technicians provided by Best were absolutely awesome! Justin did a 10 plus rating installing the water lines and electrical outlets for my dishwasher and refrigerator. My wife and I are very Happy with our experience with Best Buy. We got a Great Deal too.

Victor was extremely helpful; we can't say enough positives for his assistance. Although some warned us that such a consultation would be focused on selling us the most expensive product, we did not find that to be the case. Victor's assessment of our needs, after seeing our room and the system we were currently using, was similar to ours (except that after hearing of our options for a soundbar, we chose one more expensive than his initial recommendation).

Brian Masino Is the Epiphany of client rappor. He is very knowledgeable and skilled at what he does. I highly recommend going with Brian for all your electronic needs from appliances to home entertainment and everything in between. I have referred all my family and friends to him and I’ll have all been extremely satisfied.

We were in need of a new refrigerator, Oven and microwave combo, and range hood and we were sure glad we chose to shop at Best Buy. Our consultant David Scaini, was absolutely great to work with, very helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. One item was on backorder, but it did arrive ahead of schedule. The installers were equally great to work with. Best Buy offered the most competitive price. Overall a great experience!

Chris Sanchez was a pleasure to work with. He’s knowledgeable, professional & patient. He was a great source of support & guidance throughout my repeated construction delays . Moving into a new home from another state required lots research into different products - plus sound advice and close attention to delivery/installation arrangements. Rod Chambers, our home expert, delivered all that and more for us despite budget and schedule concerns. We needed a help in setting up our home theatre. I was having many questions in my mind about the design of my newly built home. I consulted Best Buy team and they assigned Yesenia to design my room. She was on time and designed fantastic with her expertise. She used to respond whenever I need help and to clarify something. I highly recommend this service. We love audio/video quality and enjoying.

We started this journey with Jon at the Utica store. him and everyone to the installers to delivery guys where the best iv see very polite and a few went above and beyond I wish I could remember all of their names. we had a few problems but there where handles fast. thanks to everyone that help with project.

We set up to have a Best Buy consultant come to our home to help with selecting kitchen appliances. Christian was very knowledgable about the induction cooktops and convection ovens that we were interested in, and helped us make the right decision. In addition, he reviewed our audio/visual setup and provided us with a lot of technical information about how we should set up the system for optimum use as well as selling us the necessary cables and installation services. He has kept in contact with us to confirm that the installations were done correctly and we that are happy with the products and service. I would definitely recommend the Best Buy in-home consulting service with Christian!

Geordy was an excellent consultant. He was professional, took the time to explain various options and accurately evaluated the space for what it could accommodate. He was friendly and helpful. The fact that Best Buy offers this service free of charge is wonderful. I was able to make my purchase of a new washer/dryer, confident that it would fit the space in question, and I also had possible additional costs explained to me in the event that the door wouldn't close.

The expert was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. I bought two smart thermostats and two Arlo doorbells. He even helped me with smart plugs and switches. However, he should have pointed out I probably needed new lines dropped for the thermostats because my thermostats were the old mercury units. It's costing me an extra $500 to have the lines dropped so the thermostats can be installed. Total Tech representative told me I needed the new lines so the thermostats could be powered. Which was true. Doorbells installed no problem.

It was super easy to schedule an in-home consultation and when Joel arrived, he was very knowledgeable about TVs and helped me make a choice about what would work best for our home and viewing preferences. I did several more transactions for additional electronics in our home and received guidance from Joel. He was also able to facilitate my orders on the Bestbuy website and ensure I was ordering all the appropriate components. Very responsive and super nice. I highly recommend Joel and this service

I was unsure how to mount a 65 inch TV in an area of our living room. Best Buy sent Lou at no charge to analyze the issue. Best thing I did. Best Buy then sent a Geek Squad Team to install and explain how the TV works. There was a minimal fee to install but well worth the price. If you are not the handy type ( like me ) this is worth the money

We were not in the market for a new TV but I saw this LG at Best Buy and after speaking to Devon, our minds were made up. We are very happy with the purchase. Devon was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions and the whole process was smooth and efficient from start to finish.

I would like to express my deep apreciation of excelent service which was provided to us on June 2nd by Geek Squad specialsts Greg and Sean. They came on time, installed our new TV quickly and professionnally, explained every detail about TV in a clear and respectful way. They were very attentive, pleasure to work with. They provided the best service and exceeded all our expectations.

Matt was really great… He broke the equipment down to where I could understand it and how it would apply to my home did a nice job it’s all working very well we had some issues about different kinds of products that we couldn’t get and we got them and we changed them and Best Buy was pretty good about it the install team was pretty good it’s all working very well I would like to talk to Matt I have some other things I’d like to talk to you about and I have reached out but have not heard back I did get a credit on the extra items that I had to order because other things one available
