Installation for our Sonos sound bar was quick and easy! Crew was on time and made sure everything was working perfectly!

Experience was absolutely fantastic. Robert was very knowledgeable and set me up with the perfect equipment for our new home. There was a small error with the availability of one of the pieces, and Robert immediately took care of it. On top of that he personally delivered it to our house. Best customer service I have seen in a long time.

We needed help with TV set. Brandon explained all the pros and cons of each technology and brand name and guided us choosing the right TV set according to our constraints. He also helped getting the right wall mounting accessories. He spent with us more than one hour to answer our questions.

We have had Best Buy complete 3 different installs in our home and each time it has been a pleasant and professional experience. Russell Mcneish has been super to work with and Aaron Sieradzki did a great job installing our surround sound system. We will continue to use Best Buy in the future as well as recommend them to our friends and family

Andy was at my home for about an hour and based on my needs for a home security system and sound entertainment system, made some recommendations. After thinking it over for short time, I gave him the go ahead to order all of it. It was installed a few days later. I am totally satisfied with all of it. Andy is extremely knowledgeable and great to work with.

The installation went great. But sometimes at odd moments the screen gets frozen or doesn’t respond to what I want done. I can’t explain the circumstances because they happen at odd moments. Perhaps a more lengthy tutorial using the remotes would help a lot. Or at least a trouble shooting guidebook for customers to get out of particular problems. I wish could be more helpful.

Scott is very professional and knowledgeable. I ask for two different sets of home system designs for me to compare based on budget. He had the two ready by the end of the same he did the home consult.

My consultant Terry was very helpful taking measurements and suggesting the right appliances for my kitchen. He was instrumental in handling my refrigerator exchange (to upgraded model) and getting me all available discounts. The delivery guys were extremely careful, knowledgeable and professional!

Angel was extremely knowledgeable and extremely helpful to us in making our decisions on televisions and sound systems. He was also very responsive in returning phone calls. The tech assigned to the install, Andrew, was excellent and also very knowledgeable. Overall, great service.

Was a little disappointed in the beginning, because the 3rd party co. who were supposed to deliver and set up my tv didn’t show up, not once but twice. But thanks to my Home consultant Krystie who made everything happen with the Best Buy Geek Squad this time and everything went smooth and work as planned. Happy with my tv purchase overall!

Working with Robert Rice when we purchased our oven/microwave combo was a pleasure. He went overboard and came to the house to insure that the unit we purchased would fit. He could not have been more pleasant and professional to deal with. I can definitely recommend him to all.

Noe did a good job setting up items needed for the startup of my new Samsung TV - however, when the TV and items were installed last week approximately 3 items were not needed. The Samsung remote is tiny with no printed instructions on how to use it!!! I am also looking for some credit to be applied to my credit card for the items not used.

Brian was great! He had to rearrange his schedule to honor our appointment, which put him at an inconvenience. His ideas to repurpose some existing technology help save us money. The solution he proposed meets our needs perfectly!

We weren’t sure if our router was working properly or if we just needed to update. Rachel was so knowledgeable and patient in assessing our home and explaining our problem and how to rectify it. She made us feel very comfortable, almost like we had known her for longer than the short time she was in our home. Thank you for all of your help, Rachel.

This was the only good part of this whole experience. The appliances are disappointing, the delivery took over 6 weeks and 3 separate deliveries to accomplish, and the follow-up downright stinks. The guy that came out, Victor, was pretty good and very helpful. The rest of the place...not so much.

New appliances in my kitchen, due to lack of product, at so forth has been very challenging. Thankfully, I have had a wonderful consultant. Ken has been the best! He continually keeps in touch with me, letting me know what is going on. He is the best I’ve ever worked with

I did not have an in home consultation have no idea why I'm being asked to review it. My only interaction with Best Buy personal was during my recent purchase of Bowers & Wilkins speakers in the Brentwood, TN store. I was very pleased with the assistance and attention I received.

Andrew Hummel, the consultant, offered extremely good advice about what to purchase for my needs. When the "B team" (not official Geek Squad) installers couldn't get the job done, he came the next day, quickly fixed the problem and got the system running. With him involved, things went smoothly and I wound up with something with which I am very satisfied.
