Alexandra was very helpful is matching a surround sound system to pur new TV. Even the Geek Squad guys that did the setup were impressed with ger selections of equipment. She definitely knows tge products.

Isaac Norville was wonderful to work with on my recent range and range hood purchase. He ensured that they would fit my kitchen, identified the best products to fit my needs, and helped me obtain excellent prices. In addition, he followed up to make sure everything went well with installation. I would definitely work with Mr. Norville again!

Javier and his assistant were timely, knowledgeable and offered great advice. Set up was quick and easy fir my television and sound bar. They made me feel comfortable and ensured that I received the best service for my viewing and listening pleasure.

Joe did a good job of coming out to our house and determining the right size double oven. The installers later mentioned that a lot to f their time is involved with returning the wrong size appliances so I think Joe saved us a return trip. We did a microwave he recommended that turned out to be smaller than our existing one. We are ok with the unit but it would have been helpful for us to have realized that at first snd might have ordered a larger one.

Dave was the best. He found quality products he knew would work well with the structure of our living room and we never doubted him for a second. He is professional, well-versed, and confident, and we will consult him when we choose to add on to our sound system.

Very sharp young man. We had great difficulties because Best Buy now has such horrible customer service, telephone people. You went from very good to pretty horrible. This guy was your only saving grace, who salvaged cancelled appointments through BB's negligence. If I can't work with this guy, I'd never do business w BB again. You have fallen so far and it's a shame.

Ms. Jones was the only reason I decided to use Best Buy! She is very easy to work with. Knows everything about any product you are looking for, and is most importantly, very genuine. I will definitely be sending her my referrals in the future.

After purchasing my Samsung 55” TV, two weeks later I purchased a Samsung soundbar. The installers were very efficient and were able to mount the bar flush with the bottom of the TV. It looked like it came with the TV.

Christine, the consultant assigned to set up my home Wi-Fi was professional, on-time, knowledgeable, and personable. She not only set up the Wi-Fi but helped me with another problem. She called the next day to see if everything was working. Job well-done.

Had an in-house consultant come by and give me recommendations on products that would suit my needs. The consultant was very knowledgeable, timely, and helpful with products that I was interested in. After the consultation he sent me a list of items prices and cost of installation for the products we discussed. I think this is a fantastic service and very glad that I had it done. Already got some of the items that he recommended and they work fantastic.

Not sure if this survey relates to the Home theatre visit or the restoration of our old dedicated computer and HP Scanner. Both people were helpful, but the advice the computer/scanner was no longer workable was incorrect, and after he left, when he couldn't get it to work, my wife was able to fully restore its function, by carefully reading the original directions starting at the beginning.
