Nick has worked with us on multiple tech decisions and purchases that have all been great. When we had a small issue with a TV bracket, Nick made the swap to fix the issue immediately. Most recently he helped us with a refrigerator that we love. He is knowledgeable, honest and so easy to work with.

Deron was very helpful when he came to our home and answered all of our questions regarding replacing outside speakers and enhancing our Wi-Fi. We developed a plan and David and his team installed all of our new equipment. They made a complex situation easily understandable.

Dave was our in home consultant and we were so glad to have him. Very nice to have honest opinion without upselling or pushing other projects we didn’t need. It was a perk to be able to decide which products we needed right on the spot and pay for them while Dave was at our house. Would definitely use this in home service again.

Elin was extremely professional, knowledgeable and patient. She answered all our questions during and after our home consultation. She guided us throughout the process of buying several items and setting up the installation for us. She made herself available even on her days off. She was really great and had very good follow-through. She was also very fast in getting things done, which was especially appreciated during the Christmas holidays and at a time of Covid-19 restrictions.

We were looking to update all of our original 2000 vintage appliances and did our research on Consumer Reports and Energy Star. Sam was knowledgeable and took responsibility for scheduling everything necessary for smooth install of 6 new appliances and taking away the old ones..

Greek Squad was amazing at delivering and hanging my television, diagnosing the issues, and even setting up the exchange for a working tv. I can't help but recommend the members that help make the experience smooth and successful.

We were very pleased with how everything turned out and would highly recommend Best Buy. We had a home theater system installed and also had a television and speakers installed in the game room, 2 tv's mounted outside and external speakers enable there as well. Everything is working well, and we have not had any issues.

The consultant Jacob Nathansen and home installer agent Chad Mobley were both very professional and efficient. This was a purchase of two new computers and home install with sync to Iphones.

Best Buy representatives were friendly and courteous. They came into my home and installed the tech necessary to get me off cable and into streaming. I cannot overemphasize how knowledgeable everyone was and how quickly they got everything up and running. From now on, if I've got a technical problem, I'm calling the Geek Squad.

I have been working with Luiz in Geek Squad for home set up of my new receiver and speakers. IT has been amazing working with him. Communication is on point, never ignoring me and following through with what he states he will do. Thanks for all you have done. LOVE my new sound and ready to experience movies, music at a whole other level.

I wanted confirmation that new TV and sound system I purchased would work with existing set-up I had. Brian took the time to look at my current cables and set-up and reassured me my new TV and sound bar would work and arranged for the Geek Squad to perform the installation. Everything went smooth and very happy with my purchase and service I received!

Shawn was very helpful when he came to our house to help me pick out a dishwasher. Unfortunately I wanted a handle and discovered I can’t open a cupboard drawer. I called him back and he is again assisting me with a replacement. He is very helpful and knowledgeable not to mention very respectful.
