He was both professional and highly knowledgeable about products. His proposal package was exactly what we needed. They pricing of said items was also very welcoming. Aaron was so helpful. He measured my refrigerator space perfectly. We love our new fridge! We never knew Best Buy offered the home consultant service. It’s a huge help especially after we have ordered another refrigerator and washer and dryer in the past and had to return them because they wouldn’t fit perfectly in the spaces in our homes.

Alise Booth is absolutely awesome at what she does. She made what could have been a horrible experience absolutely excellent. We had some trouble along the way - but she's keeping on top of everything for me, which allows me to do something else besides call and hound the customer service line for help. Overall, happy customer here!

Expert was helpful on what type of combination wall oven would best work/fit into kitchen wall cabinet. Also suggested other possible home entertainment systems (TV / sound system) to look at for future replacement.

The Geeks on 9/17/21 were great! They fixed the errors of the Geeks of 9/10/21 who left a tv hanging on the extended wall frame and totally misdiagnosed the capabilities of my Morantz receiver and suggested I buy a new receiver which I did and was later returned because it was unnecessary. The Geeks of 9/17/21 renewed my faith in Best Buy!

The overall experience was great and fast. I knew what I wanted (LG - C2 65" OLED TV) and ask Edge Cadet if they have it in stock. Edge was able to check it quickly and advised that they do have this TV in stock. We quickly went through the buying process and I was out in no time. Great Job Edge!

There were many, many delivery issues with our recent purchase of a refrigerator. After each failed delivery attempt Ian not only expressed concern but immediately acted to get things right. Ian was so calm and reassuring that after the refrigerator delivery debacle we went back and bought a new dishwasher from Ian. He is superb!

Harvey listened to me closely, filled in the blanks on equipment and surprise delivery and installation for my family and the paperwork was all done in 15 minutes and install set for the coming Friday as I requested! Installers were great! Now we have a real movie room!! And our son invites us in to watch together!

We needed a new refrigerator and Will was very helpful in selecting one to closely match our old one. He set up all the delivery stuff and was overall pretty good. However, on the day of delivery the installation people could not finish the installation due to a mismatched connection for the ice maker. We were instructed to purchase the proper connection and they would come back and finish the installation. We purchased the part and rescheduled the installation. On that day, a different team arrived and were rude and unhelpful, they told us that we needed a plumber to finish the installation and left within 5 minutes! They did not finish the installation and didn’t level the refrigerator. I am very disappointed. My brother finally connected the hoses using the connector we purchased and got the ice maker working, but I don’t think the leveling has been done. I’m not happy.

My family and I just recently moved into a new home and reached out to Best Buy for assistance with setting up the technology part. At that time, we were introduced to Chris. Chris was nothing short of exceptional while he helped us. Because of him we stayed with Best Buy and will continue to do so.

We needed help choosing a tv and a wall mount because it had to be placed on a stone surround fireplace. Mason helped immensely with the choice of wall mount, including directions so we could install the wall mount. He also helped us choose a new laptop and helped my wife trade in her Android for a new iPhone. He was professional, friendly and efficient.

Cameras, Refrigerator working fine. Installs went well, only complaint was scheduling for install and set up of one camera the install date kept getting changed without my input. So I finally installed it myself. The Best buy crew that came to set up the WIFI and install the refrigerator were friendly and knowledgeable.

Joe Jambrone was my Home Expert and not only did he give great suggestions for the setup and recommended tech but he helped with cost savings as well. When there was a supply issue for one of my pieces of equipment, he even went above and beyond to ensure it delivered on time for my installation appointment. I can't recommend this experience and team enough.
