We purchased and had installed an LG TV, sound bar and wireless speakers. The service was outstanding from the initial consultation with Josh to the installation. The installation technicians (Will and Adam) went far above and beyond the initial scope of service agreement. Highly recommend.

We needed help setting up router “pucks” throughout our house to improve WiFi coverage. Bruce and his partner were quick and efficient with placement and installation. They answered all of our questions and helped us get connected with our devices. It was a great experience!

Erin, the sales consultant understood exactly what I was looking for and designed exactly what I wanted. Dave the installation tech was also excellent. giving me a beautiful clean installation and tutorial on how to use everything. Loved the experience.

Erwin Orellana came out to my house to install 2 TVs and he was very helpful in explaining how to work the remote controls for TV and Netflix. He was very patient with me and was readily available to answer any questions even after the installation was completed-I actually called him the next day with a ? and he was helpful.

I have been working with Krystie for over 2 years now She is a very professional person when it comes to handling the product and questionsShe have a lot of knowledge on appliances and which way to direct me and my customers I was on time I was fixing any issues we have as far as deliveries as far as defects truly appreciate it all her efforts and help

We needed to replace our old dishwasher. We had to have a consultant come out to check the connections of the new dishwasher and to see if it would be a normal install. Are consultant Darryl was very professional and knowledgeable He actually helped us choose our new Whirlpool dishwasher. It was avery good choice!

Austin was an amazing help in coordinating our purchase of 7 appliances for our new build. He made recommendations on an upgraded TV for a few dollars more and was super professional.

We are so happy with all the help and recommendations Zack Hood helped us with. He came highly recommended and was always available for questions we had along the way. He helped us lay out exactly where we would need to have our contractors put wiring, low voltage, outlets, supports, etc. Everything was seamless and timely! Thanks Best Buy and Zack!

From initial design to selection of the product to installation, the entire experience was fantastic. Every person was thoughtful, cheerful, knowledgeable and great to work with. To top it all off, they left the house clean. Could not have asked for. Better overall experience.

Evvon has provided me exceptional personal service and attention to my specifics needs and wants over the past couple of years. He is the reason I keep the membership for his customer service. Product delays and tech issues have occurred as w/ any new tech, but Evvon always handled it as if it were his own issues.

We were so shocked by the visit by Josh Jones who came to our house to gather information to set up the materials and job description for the Geek Squad to install and move tv’s at our house.
