Did a home remodel & installed a theater room. Could NOT of accomplished this task without the help of the Best Buy guys. Doug & the geek squad made the whole setup seamless. Really, go to Best Buy, enter the theater room, visualize your want & listen to the many possibilities, purchase then set an appointment. It's that easy. I will warn you, it's not cheap. However, there is something at every level. In a world of craziness, what a cool home concept .

Randall and another Geek came to my house to hang my TV over the fireplace and set up AI and speakers. They did a great job setting everything up. I had purchased the kind wall mount that you can pull out to make adjustments if necessary which I highly recommend. They did an excellent job. Worth every penny. I highly recommend this service.

We needed help to upgrade to a larger TV. With so many choices, we wanted to find an individual that would come to our home to see our entertainment area as well as helping us learn about the latest TV technology. Sam's knowledge was really great. We appreciated how he wanted to help us with every detail. He is an asset to the Best Buy family!

Michael was helpful when he took measurements and we chose a product with his I pad. But it was downhill from then on. No one told me about changing a connection valve; so the delivery guys left the dishwasher in the middle of the living room. There it sits until March 3 rd because you couldn’t give me an earlier date. I’m not happy with your service. It seems once the sale is made you forget about the customer.

After many years our TV finally died. Not really sure what was new or what to do, Lucas was fantastic in explaining the different levels available and what would be right for the space and use we were looking for. It's not installed and we love it! Thank you!

Seth was super helpful working with me figure out what TV would work best in my very highly lit family room and also dealing with placement. He was readily available for followup questions and suggestions! I highly recommend Seth for in house consult!!! Also the crew that came for install was super efficient and professional!

Andrew Camacho has always been there for us. He treats us with courtesy dignity and respect and he knows exactly what we want from the time we walk into the store and when we leave we have always always been satisfied. Best Buy is very lucky to have Andrew as an employee.

Had an expert installation of my new tv and a soundbar both on the extension mount. Very good experience - they advised on mounting spot, sound system placement, connected apple tv I had. Only needed to put rear speakers on the wall myself, it required some imagination. I loved how experts called upfront 1 day and 30 min before to confirm I'm waiting there. They also cleaned all the boxes and even brought vacuum with them!

Christian was a major help in deciding what new tech we needed for our in home entertainment, not only in suggesting what TV, but a better sonos soundbar and Bluetooth speakers. Also went back for a Nikon camera and supplies and Christian made sure we were taken care of by other associates as well who were knowledgeable and made sure we taken care of.

Aymee is a super helpful and knowledgeable expert. She was patient and gave us great advice. I was impressed by the fantastic customer service. I texted her with a number of questions and changes and she always responded with a positive attitude and ready to help.

In-wall oven/microwave combo that required some cutting into the wall to accommodate the appliance, and wiring it into my home’s electrical system. Professional and thorough from start to finish. Less expensive installation compared to other companies. No surprises.

We had an excellent experience with Mr perez. He was knowledgeable and pragmatic about our requirements. He helped us to get price reductions when the prices dropped before our equipment was delivered. He followed up our queries and overall provided excellent service.

Jeremy was very responsive and helpful in ordering and alleviating some of my stress by taking on the responsibility of keeping tabs on my appliances stored at the Best Buy warehouse whilst I was building my new home. Great Customer Service! Jeremy is the best!
