The Agent Sean McDonald was wonderful suggesting the right product based on our needs and budget, very friendly and understanding. When we faced a problem outside of Best Buy to accept delivery of the purchases, Sean went above and beyond trying to help us re-schedule the delivery. We are very satisfied and grateful for his willingness to help.

A week ago BestBuy Techs installed a Microwave combo wall oven in our house. Our experience during whole process was very pleasant from start to finish. The guys who came here were very experienced in their work. We are very pleased with BestBuy for this Project.

Delivery Team was exceptional — very careful with bringing the refrigerator into our home. Jose was knowledgeable and helpful. Emma worked very well in tandem w/Jose’s lead so that the unpacking and reversing the handle was seamless and professional. Good job guys!!!

Looking for a package deal for appliances for a house we were selling and the best deal and they had it in stock was Best Buy. Our Sales person was Zach who did everything in his power to get us the information and goods even with the pandemic going on. Can't think him enough and the crew that delivered our appliances.

We needed advice re: full size washer & dryer (Separate units). We live in a Townhouse & space is limited. Brian checked the avail. space & suggested a Tower combo Washer/Dryer LG. It is working out very well. Brian has EXCELLENT Customer skills. He is BEST BUY!!!!!

Dorein was very knowledgeable and was able to find the right product for me. I had some issues with one of the products I purchased (it was damaged and missing parts) and shipping (it was late). Dorein went above and beyond to make things right! I highly recommend him.

Anthony was great, extremely knowledgeable and helped us with our selection of the right Samsung TV, Denon receiver and arranging for the Geek Squad to install everything. Did not rush us and ensured we were fully informed !!

Jade was very patient with me and my lack of technical know how. We were having trouble with our Wi-Fi and streaming. Jade was very thorough with checking out all the wiring in the old house. She gave recommendations, helped us order an extender and was available via text with any questions we had about installing it. I would definitely recommend Jade.

I needed a doorbell with camera and few cameras around my property. Bestbuy was wonderful to work with. First i had Peter set uo my order and then Ben can to do the install. It is exactly what i wanted and needed. Ben is very knowledgeable with all tech issues and made the install easy & effortless. Thank you guys!

Kerrie came to our home to measure for a new refrigerator. She was very knowledgeable and offered several options and great information and advice. She also took care of a price match for us. She was very nice, professional and quick to respond to text messages. I would be very happy to work with her again on a future project. A+

Needed to get a new fridge and the sizing was weird so had best buy come out. Few measurements and then was given our option on what would fit. Picked what we wanted and ordered. Within a week they were out to deliver and install. Everything was just quick, easy and no hassle

Hunter was knowledgeable about the advantage of mesh routers and how to set them up. He was helpful with other questions I had about audio, gaming, and other technology. In addition, he was very friendly and personable, immediately impressing my 14 year old grandson. With my approval he ordered everything we needed to improve the quality of our internet wi-fi.
