We have worked with John Bloechl the Pacific Kitchen and Home Appliance Specialist at Best Buy many times during a full kitchen suite of appliances. He is the perfect example of Customer Service Oriented employee. We recently purchase another appliance for our son (out of state) and specifically chose to work with him directly.

Lori Shanks was a joy to work with. Knowledgeable and so helpful. From frig to dishwashers to oven and warming drawer. Extra frig drawer. She help me find the appliances I was looking for upon my style of cooking. I am very happy. Highly recommend her services.

The name is Sarah not Farah. Matt was absolutely wonderful to work with- make recommendations to help meet my needs without blowing my budget. I also very much appreciated the team that was sent out to do the install- they did a great job. Matt took time and really took an interest in what I wanted- will continue to do all of my shopping with Best Buy!

This consultation was a great experience. The home expert kept my health and safety his first priority. He looked at all of the different items we used that needed to connect to our home Wifi and suggested different products that would give us the most benefits for our needs. Lindsey was fantastic! Responsive, knowledgeable, helpful. She worked with us to give exactly what we were looking for in our home theater/home speaker system and explained all our options in great detail. She was also great with giving us the most cost effective option for what we wanted. Definitely will contact her in the future for other home tech projects!

David was so helpful when we were buying our washing machine. He showed us all the options, was knowledgeable and thorough and made the process very easy and fast as well. He also offered that he would be available for any future questions and was really friendly.

The service was fast, but not complete the first time out. I was not happy at first, as they did not have all of what was needed at the time of installation. I think the initial consult should have been more thorough so that when the installation crew came out they knew exactly what was to be done, and they had all of the equipment they needed, so a second trip was not needed. Overall happy with the final product.

Tim was very helpful in our purchase of a "Smart" TV. He had patience when it came time to explain most everything about the TV to us. A couple of "not so tech savvy" people. Making the home appointment to see if we were going to be able to get the TV we wanted and follow-up.

Josh is the man! Very knowledgable & very helpful. Listened to what I needed, gave me his recommendations and got me all squared away. I even sent him pictures of the final setup at my house to show him it all worked perfect. I will definitely be recommending him/this location.

Our Home Expert Adolfo was extremely helpful in answering all our questions on our new tv purchase along with our new surround sound system. His in-home tech team made it that much easier to get things up in running by mounting our tv and setting up our sound system for the perfect at home movie theater experience I was looking for! 5 stars all the way!!

We needed new televisions and converting our old TV’s to work as “smart” TV’s. Our Best Buy expert, Shawn Garofoli, was very helpful in choosing the correct solutions, and we are very pleased with the outcome. We have eliminated cable subscriptions and saved quite a lot of money as a result.

I purchased 2 TV's. Rod was patient & explained thoroughly.
