Jaylen came to my house, assessed my various needs, came up with a plan for three TVs, creative mounting. Installation day was painless and perfect. He did "lots" of hand-holding and question-answering before and after installation - including two months later.

i was curious to see if I could rear overhead speaker for my audio visual system. The consultant was punctual. After evaluating my AV room I was informed, because of the construction and size of my AV room, overhead rear speakers could not be installed. While I was disappointed I appreciate the consultant's candor.

After initially ordering a fridge on the basis it was the only one in stock, Nicholas help facilitated the exchange when the fridge I wanted came back in stock. I would use his services again

In my experience, this is the way small business should always be treated. The way Justin always takes care of us and makes things happen is why we are here. Honestly, there are other options at other stores that might be cheaper but the overall experience keeps me coming back over and over and over again.

Great customer service from our In Home Advisor Big help with deciding on TV size and explaining difference in tv's. and what would work best in our home. Worked out all arrangements with tech support getting it delivered and installed. Also instrumental with the purchase of our new dishwasher. Will continue to use her for other purchases.

I was happy with my experience with Best Buy until it came to rescheduling an installation. The boys came with the appliances to be installed but the stovetop was too big for the space and he did not have the correct tools to fix it at that time. They said they would come back the following week and finish the installation. The scheduling people were awful to deal with. I had an appointment that was confirmed for 2 weeks later. I then received a notice that they could make that appointment, and when I called the Geek Squad, they said they couldn't install it for over a month. The man was very rude to me (I am the customer), and would not help me. He put me on hold for 15 minutes; I hung up and called Best Buy corporate offices. I spoke to a lovely girl who scheduled the installation for the date that had been confirmed. The boys came, Installs Unlimited, and did a wonderful job installing my stovetop and double oven. I worked with Nathan and Luke and you are lucky to have them do your installations. They are efficient and very clean and very courteous. If I were you, I would have someone else do the installation scheduling. I did not like them at all. But in the end, everything worked out, but it was extremely frustrating.

We did an in-home-consultation to help us find the right appliances for our kitchen. Dave was great to work with. He was able to get us everything we were looking for and answers all our questions. We even contacted him a couple times about our purchase before it was delivered and he responded quickly to help us! I highly recommend a home consultation.
