geek squad at Best Buy is my go to for electronics issues. they have helped wire stereos, televesions, multi media systems. got it right first time. definitley recomnend

Santiago did an amazing job at understanding what my needs were and set me up with the right and necessary equipment. On the day that the equipment was installed, he visited to check on the progress and if there was anything else that was needed in order to quickly resolve any issues that may have come up. Very professional and knows his profession well.

Haven't purchased a TV in a long time and the consultation was helpful in my decisions of what I needed. Jon was very knowledgeable and had great suggestions based on what I was looking to do.

The Geek Squad, Nick and Nick, who delivered and set up our new TV and Sound bar were great! They answered all of our questions and patiently explained all the features of the new set-up for us.

Donavan Lozo was WONDERFUL! It was necessary for me to get advice about a TV purchase and he was knowledgeable and extremely pleasant to deal with. I feel certain that he understood what I wanted and was able to answer all my questions and I trust he made the best suggestions for me. My suggestion is that you give him a raise, he deserves it!

My salesman Isaiah was very knowledgeable and helped me choose a sound bar and subwoofer that would work for me. He was also very patient with me since I was having a hard time choosing between Sonos and Bose - I chose Sonos and so far I'm happy with the purchase.

Geo was wonderful and has great customer service skills. He asked important questions and provided information so that I could make an informed decision. Christopher, the primary installer, and Jose did a wonderful installation.

There was a problem with the initial delivery. Surge Bhakta helped resolve this and gave me rock-solid advice on some additional technical aspects with my home setup which proved to be excellent. We wanted a really good audio system installed in our den and bedroom but had no idea where to start. Daniel listened to what we had in mind and made excellent suggestions recommending outstanding quality equipment. Everything was expertly installed a week later, and we are thrilled with the result! We needed help with our wifi system after some frustrations with our previous setups and Christian was very helpful. He was very professional and knowledgeable; understood our needs and gave us great advice. He was able to place an order for us while visiting and offer his help even after the home visit was over. Installed new home theater, stereo system. Priscilla did a great job walking us thru the process and getting it handled in a compressed timeframe due to a large party we were hosting. Unfortunately the projector sent was bad but Priscilla jumped thru hoops to get a new projector sent and installed in time for our big party.

His customer attitude is second to none and his knowledge of the product we ended up purchasing was outstanding. This was our second opportunity working with him and it was better that the first!

Miguel was a great help if you are in need of a new computer. My boss was able to pay for the computer while I was in the store by using a link. So I picked out the one I wanted and didn’t have to buy it on line and wait for it to be pulled. Miguel assisted with the process. He was very helpful and informative. Great personality. Couldn’t be happier.

Needed to improve home WiFi, and speak with an expert about what the options are. Scheduled on online consultation. Andre was prompt, listened to the issues, and discussed alternatives. We decided to upgrade our home theater and WiFi and our consultant was outstanding in making this happen. Howard Langston was very attentive to our needs and extremely knowledgeable with all the products we discussed. He made himself accessible before during and after the sale. Something that rarely happens today. I would recommend Howard to anyone.

Jeff was extremely professional and knowledgeable regarding assessing our wifi needs. I greatly appreciated his communication before and after our meeting. He followed up to ensure that we received the equipment ordered and make sure we were satisfied with the install. All above what I had expected. Many sales reps could take some cues from him!
