Matthew and the install guys were great! I was treated with respect and all questions were asked about the products that I was purchasing. Customer service provided by this group was top notch! My only complaint was with the shipping department. Final set up was delayed further than I wanted, but this was at no fault of the Matthew or his install guys.

Nelson from the Long Island City location was amazing! So helpful and so patient with me as I listened to practically every speaker they carry. I wasn't sure exactly what type of speakers and receiver I was looking for so Nelson went over all of the options and played them all for me until I narrowed it down to the ones I bought. He helped me put together everything I needed including the wires and everything and then came with the tech for the install. Everything was smooth and perfect- thank you!

Lorrie helped to guide us through the process of purchasing and installing a new oven and microwave when supply chain issues were at their worst. Even though the news was not always what she wanted to give, she responded to inquiries dependably and honestly. She helped to problem solve so delivery would be quicker. We felt like we had an advocate who cared during a process that could have been daunting without a knowledgeable guide.

I really don't have words to describe Trey. He is a man of excellence and knows his craft VERY well. He listened to our desires and then gave his expert opinion as to how to make it happen for us. He did not try to sell us something that we did not need or want. We were able to reach out to him and ask questions regarding the process and he reponded with kindness and patience. Thanks!!!

I used Bill Guzules for remodeling my Mother's kitchen prior to selling. He was great! So when my oven broke and the only person I wanted to assist me was Bill. He is very knowledgeable, patient and never pressures you into buying something that is not right. I went in looking for a certain style and ended up with one that better fit my use. LOVE BILL! I will use him for every purchase.

All purchasing experiences should be this easy. Elianny's professionalism and experience were displayed from the first phone call to confirm our appointment. But, her timeliness, knowledge and capacity to understand what I was looking for to upgrade my kitchen were what made me comfortable with her recommendations and proposals. Open to my ideas as well as explained thoroughly the additional survey, savings (love saving money), waiting time and Geek Squad benefits. Sold!!! Sure hope everything else works out this well. We needed help in updating our TVs and sound system in three different rooms. Also cable cutting to move to YouTube. Mayela from Magnolia was excellent with her initial scoping visit. Very consultative rather than hard sell approach. The implementation teamwork were efficient, tidy and very pleasant . We are non tech retirees so were nervous on getting it all working but they fixed it up perfectly. It all works great and easy to use !

We needed to replace our busted 13 yrs old 55" TV in family room. There were so many choices and new models to choose from, so we went didn't buy one from the store. I had a lot of questions to ask so have our own Advisor coming to our house, he answered all our questions. He was very patient with us, provided great suggestions, extremely polite and also suggested upgrading our Wifi system for better coverage. Very professional and knowledgeable and in end made it easier to select the TV we finally got. We know who to contact and count on for any future tech purchases. We Met Kenneth Swanger in the Best Buy Store at University Town Center. He did an excellent job of explaining the different features of the various TV's. We ended up purchasing two BRAVIA XR A80J Series OLED 4K and absolutely love them. The quality and sound are superb, no external sound equipment needed. We also had Best Buy install the TV's and that service was excellent as well. So nice to do business with Kenneth and Best Buy. I high recommend Kenneth if you are in need of products from Best Buy.

We worked with Scott at the store in Madison on the west side, and found it was very helpful to have someone compare the options on the different machines for us and give his opinions on the quality of the machines available. We needed to replace our dishwasher due to the racks on the old one rotting away, so we were so glad to find that Scott felt there were good options immediately available. We were totally happy with his help and expertise.

Patrick could not have been nicer. He was patient and spent the time at the house he needed to tell me my options and recommendations. Better still, while I know he could have steered us in a more expensive direction, his advice was to purchase no more than we needed for our room. His honesty speaks to his character as well as the character of Best Buy. Thank you.

We definitely needed an experienced tech to help us with a TV and soundbar selection as well as suggestions to improve our Wi-Fi strength. Our rep Freddy was excellent, he was prompt, kept in-home and in-store appointments and was very professional and efficient. Could not be happier with pre-purchase and installation customer service.

After 3 sales people tried to help me and answer questions, I was ready to leave the store. The. Jason came and asked if he could help me. Thank goodness! He was so knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Assured me that the product I was buying was a good one. He followed up with emails. He should be recognized as an excellent sales person

Excellent! Excellent! Omar, was wonderful and outstanding with his professionalism who has your best interest in whatever you are trying to buy, so you will be happy and content in your purchase. Omar was excellent and he help me so much that if I didn’t ask for a free home consultation, I would have made a major mistake in ordering my new refrigerator. He knows his job and he works well with you. Omar stayed in contact with me until everything was delivered and installed. I am so happy and please with Best Buy having Omar on their team. Thank you.

The bad news is that Stacy got the printer working with the laptop again, but it only worked for about three days, so I'm back to using a stick to transfer files to print. The good news is that Stacy was able to increase the speed of the desktop and I contacted our Internet provider on his suggestion and was able to get a much higher download rate. All in all it was a good experience. Stacy was most helpful and pleasant, and was kind to allow our dog to give him a good sniff. The supervisor that came along with Stacy, I think his name was Steve, was pleasant and also good with the dog. Both were considerate enough to wear masks and covers on their shoes.

We wanted to buy a new sound bar for the tv and had no idea what to choose, so the sales rep suggested an in-home consultation. What a great idea. The visit was at no additional charge. Rob, the consultant , called several times to confirm the appointment and indicate he was on his way. Once he arrived, he listened to what we wanted and made suggestions based on that. We decided on products, he ordered them then, processed our payment right then and had the items shipped to us. He also set up the appointment for the installation. Before leaving, he gave us his phone number and said to contact him any time we had questions, even if it was about totally different products or issues. What a truly enjoyable experience.

Patrick has been so essential to the updating of our kitchen. Not only has he been very knowledgeable but also very PATIENT! We have had several bumps in the road with delays beyond Best Buy's control and he has maintained great communication. We also worked together to find other options that worked well for us. I highly recommend Patrick and he would be my first call if we have further needs.

We received outstanding advice and service from our experienced consultant, who helped us replace a major kitchen appliance. After talking with her, we felt the sale would be handled in our best interests. She met our expectations and more, by first listening carefully to our needs and then managing all aspects of the sale, from transaction to delivery to follow-up, with ease. Her knowledge, accessibility, and communication skills truly made the Best Buy experience a pleasant one. We hope to work with her again soon and will refer others to her as well.

I wasn't even familiar with the Home Expert program until we stopped by to look at some technology for our home. Scheduled an appointment with Alex Osborn to come out and review our needs. He made recommendations, put together some options and ultimately got everything we were after and more. The installation was a great experience as well. Super helpful Geek Squad team made the experience even better. Can't thank these guys enough!

Shaughn was outstanding. He is extremely knowledgeable in the TV/Stereo system arena, in which we were replacing both. A bonus- he was always on time at each and every appointment- both at our home and at the Best Buy store. He and his team made what could have been a confusing and difficult purchase, one of the easiest things we have ever done. We are very pleased!!
