I really don't have words to describe Trey. He is a man of excellence and knows his craft VERY well. He listened to our desires and then gave his expert opinion as to how to make it happen for us. He did not try to sell us something that we did not need or want. We were able to reach out to him and ask questions regarding the process and he reponded with kindness and patience. Thanks!!!

I used Bill Guzules for remodeling my Mother's kitchen prior to selling. He was great! So when my oven broke and the only person I wanted to assist me was Bill. He is very knowledgeable, patient and never pressures you into buying something that is not right. I went in looking for a certain style and ended up with one that better fit my use. LOVE BILL! I will use him for every purchase.

Consultation and service was strong but would have appreciated a little more demo tine

My old range oven stopped working. Through the Best Buy store I made an appoinntment with Zach to come out to my house to measure the space for the slide-in. We looked at the available ranges that fit my perameters including speed of delilvery and he set everything up. Delivery was quick, smooth and pleasant. The stove is working great.

I was looking for a new tv and a new laptop for the longest while. My wife is a principal at a local private school and wanted to get a Macbook Pro. Our Bestbuy advisor was able to address all our needs, meet our demands for quality and price, answer all technical questions and even upsold us on accessories we didn't even think about or know we needed. Our Bestbuy advisor even went so far as to price match Apple's prices as well as other well known competitors. Our experience with Bestbuy and our Bestbuy advisor only solidified our reasons for continuing to support Bestbuy as long as we have.

After evaluating the Total Tech Support program I was very impressed and purchased a one year subscription to obtain the many great discounts on products and service. I scheduled a visit with an In Home Adviser (IHA) to discuss a home security system with cameras outside. My IHA was just great, his name is Frank K. He really knew Best Buy's product line and in short order, after carefully listening to my needs, Frank proposed a system that met my needs exactly. I purchased the system and Geek Squad installation right there at my kitchen table. I feel confident that any time I need Best Buy equipment for my home, I can contact Frank for honest and accurate advise.

We needed to replace/update many of the major appliances in our kitchen as well as laundry room. Taking into consideration our desires as well as our budget, Matt was able to expertly offer suggestions as to the brands and models that would work best for us. He was able to answer all of our questions, and several days later met us inn the store for us to physically look at the items we were considering. Once we decided, he was able to place the order for us and make recommendations for delivery timing to coincide with the remodeling we were having done.

Ryan was my consultant to install eight flatscreen televisions, Sonos sound systems, and washer and dryer combinations at two different homes in the last year. He was on top of every detail and handled all issues that came up relative to item availability and scheduling the geek squad install. Ryan always made himself available either through text, cell phone, or email. He was quick to respond to all inquiries. I can’t say enough good things about Ryan. He delivers a quality customer experience.

Robert is the best thing since sliced bread. How easy he made difficult decisions. Helping this old man is not a piece of buttered bread but Robert was so helpful and understanding of exactly what we needed well we trust him and will not make any more mistakes winging it on our own Don't hesitate call Robert at Best Buy and buy best. The installation guys JADEN AND SAGE where most excellent. Efficient on time, neat and clean. VERY THOUGHTFULL this team put it where it belonged.

Jeremy helped me upgrade my home audio/video system. His advice was invaluable in choosing the best equipment at the best price point. He was professional, friendly, and kept in touch throughout the process from his assessment until final installation. It was a pleasure to work with him.

Lou was great. He came and was professional. Gave us 3 choices - as height and depth played a very big part for that decision. I wanted to see what I was purchasing. I held off ordering and Covid 19 happened. I decided in July to purchase them. After the initial visit to our house whenever I called Lou answered all my questions - which were many. Both look beautiful in the kitchen. Fit well. Very pleased with the purchase. Would definitely call him if I need help again and would definitely purchase again from Best Buy. We needed help taking our home theater to the next level. Our in home consultant Linsey, was expert, thorough, a delight to work with, and produced an outcome that exceeded our expectations from concept start to implementation finish. Would highly recommend our Best Buy Geek Squad in-home consultant team for any future projects for family or friends.

We needed help with a new home TV. Raymond Zawistowski came to our home and was very knowledgeable and helpful in our decision to buy our new 77" LG TV. he also gave us great advice on how to configure our sound system. As a result of his advice we were able to retain and use our existing built in wall speakers. The Sonos sound system he recommended works well and we are very pleased with the purchase of this new TV and sound system.

Patrick has been so essential to the updating of our kitchen. Not only has he been very knowledgeable but also very PATIENT! We have had several bumps in the road with delays beyond Best Buy's control and he has maintained great communication. We also worked together to find other options that worked well for us. I highly recommend Patrick and he would be my first call if we have further needs.

We upgraded our home stereo system and added a soundbar to our tv. Our home consultation provided us with all the information we needed and answered all our questions. Michael was able to purchase the items online from our home so we never even had to make a trip to the store. The setup was scheduled and went smoothly. Each Best Buy or Geek squad employee involved was personable and professional and very knowledgeable. We absolutely would recommend their service to anyone.

I needed help with selection of TV and upgrade of audio receiver. Consultant was very helpful and I was very grateful to order everything I needed and set up appointment for installation with the consultant. Also very helpful in answering all my questions about compatibility of devices.

We were looking at the new LG Laundry Center. Michael was very knowledgeable and professional. He made the purchase and delivery/installation set up seamless. Everything went according to plan and he was also helpful and informative regarding the PSE&G rebate offered for this purchase. We originally just went to "check things out", but ended up purchasing that same day thanks to Michael's assistance.

Matthew Baker and his associates at the Best Buy in Waldorf are wonderful to work with. They always make you feel like you’re their only client. So knowledgeable about everything. They have put in a theatre system for me, Wi-Fi mesh network, Ring network and a few other things. So glad I bought that geek squad plan. So worth it.

Magnolia assembled and set up my home theater system. Service included furniture assembly, wire concealment, ensuring everything was visually correct, calibrated properly and instructing me on how to use it all. Service took 3 guys (Carlos, Lucas, Vince) nearly 7 hours to complete. They were considerate, polite, and very helpful, answering any questions I had along the way. There work was thorough and they left everything neat and clean. I would highly recommend them for any A/V or network install/set up needs. About 2 weeks into it now without a hiccup. Thanks guys

We had a great experience with the installers of our tv over the fireplace! They did a fantastic job and were very professional. We have had the great service with our appliances in the past. I highly recommend Best Buy for all you appliance and electronic needs.
