I needed assistance with my wi-fi concern. Dillon explained the issues and offered cost-effective solution. I'm so happy to have my previous set up replaced with the Orbi Mesh system. Wi-fi speed issue solved and got me to save more dollars in the long run. From consultation to placing the order, Dillon was there every step of the way!

Alejandro showed up on time, communicated before and after the visit. Laid out the options and when my selection was out of stock he provided me with similar alternatives over a period of 6 weeks until the right component became available. If the other service industries had more people like Alejandro, we would all be a little happier.

Paridyse was very helpful and had great communication. She went out of her way and would make calls for me when she was off just to make sure my appliance was delivered as soon as possible. She was the only that always communicated with me to make sure things went smoothly.

When we purchased our Maytag washing machine, Elianny was very supportive, knowledgeable and friendly. She processed the order for a 5-year protection plan from Best Buy. She also offered to assist us with any issues that may arise from the delivery and installation of our washer by the third-party contractor.

Michael went above and beyond my expectations on my recent audio purchase. His knowledge of the product and his tenacity in procuring my equipment was very much appreciated. We had several glitches with finalizing the payment and pick up process, but Michael made it happen.

We needed help measuring for a new refrigerator since the location was not tall enough for most of today’s refrigerators. Mr. Brown came to our home, measured, and found a model that would fit without a kitchen remodel. Mr. Brown was very customer focused going above and beyond to help us.

The review was originally grateful but I found out when the geeks came to hook up the tv they couldn’t complete the process because not all the adapters were there. They weren’t ordered. That delayed my hookup for multiple days mocking between geeks that were suppose to show and then didn’t. Then having to reschedule multiple times again. Very disappointing.

Erin is the best and knows his stuff. Trying to sort through the 1Gb+ WiFi 6 Mesh Network options on your own, even if you “been around” is challenging. Aaron help me flatten those issues to a simple solution including services and items I took on myself to get the right mix of brand, product, service options, price and value. My new best tech friend!

Hallie is the best. She gave me her cell phone number so I can contact her directly with any questions or if I need change my scheduled deliveries. She will do the research if she does not know the answer so she gives me the correct answers. I highly recommend her to all my friends

Christopher Rivera did everything possible to keep us informed regarding the purchase, delivery and setup of our appliances. I wouldn't hesitate a minute to deal with Chris again. However, Best Buy definitely has some supply chain issues that needs some serious attention.
