Andy did a great job of applying his expertise, analyzing our room configuration and suggesting the appropriate technology. We are extremely pleased his recommendations. Also, he did s great job of customer service following the installation.

We purchased a Sony flat screen TV and replacement Amp/Receiver. With today's market and features it was a very challenging under taking until we run into Kirk. He explained the best options for us and explained why. Installation was a breeze because operation was explained thoroughly with procedures and reasons explained.

Ryan Smith has been punctual with two appointments and he speaks to me in language an older woman with very little tech knowledge can understand. He is very personable too. He is excellent in my opinion.

I highly recommend using Best Buy home consultation before any large project. Our consultant, Andy, was absolutely the best. He made the whole process so much easier, especially during Covid. He gave us great advice on what to buy, organized everything, and saved us a great deal by handling all price adjustments when items went on sale. He is the Best.

Eric has been extremely helpful with advice on home theater, home security, and appliances. When we had problems he was able to get them fixed. He has been available for follow up questions, and has keep us updated on delivery status. He's done a great job!

Rosy is the best. She took all the overwhelming hassle out of ordering new appliances and gave very personalized service. She always returns phone calls and even though there was a snafu with the refrigerator I ordered, she made sure I had a loaner and was very knowledgeable about all the different product lines. I highly recommend this service.

We needed help with deciding which size and brand of television to purchase for our new home. Jason Pavey came out to our home and spent several hours helping us identify the best spot and best choice. We ended up purchasing two 65" Samsung televisions. He couldn't have been more helpful! Perry was great. He helped me solve the issues with both the computer and projection systems. Then he helped us very much with the new dishwasher about which he was also very knowledgeable.

Keith's design, configuration and product insights were key. Keith built the plan for our new home audio-video system. Ryan and TK did the installation. They were on time, efficient and worked in a professional manner. They both have first-rate knowledge which they freely shared in the installation. They were simply, great!

His advice on how to fix my weak internet signal was on the money. The TV he installed looks great too. I have a great opinion Geek Squad since his visit, and plan to use their services in the future. The experience is so different from what happens when you try to get phone support: straight forward, knowledgeable, and creative advice.
