Lou, has been a staple resource in acquiring appliances and many other related items for the home and office. My personal experience comes from learning of him from our local FaceBook Group. We purchased a home that had speakers installed but no amp etc. Megan made recommendations for what equipment would suit our needs. She was very professional, selected the right equipment and did not try to oversell us on extremely expensive equipment. We are totally satisfied with Megan and the Geek Squad installation!!

Stephen Bucher not only did a superb job of programming our TV and sound system but showed remarkable patience with all of our concerns. We hope to use him in the future for any needs.

I wanted a new entertainment system(TV&stereo)to complete a recent remodel. Not being familiar with this type of equipment I went looking for an expert. I found that person through BestBuy. His name is James B. & he answered all of my questions & when asked made a few excellent suggestions. I could not be happier with my purchase!

He arrived at my home right on time and provided incredible service and recommendations for the proper tech for me to select in my outdoor TV installation project. In a nutshell, Kelsey is truly an Expert and will insist on working with him on my next project.

Victor did a great job and I'm very happy with the results. We had some problems with my bank mistakenly putting a hold on my credit card, and he patiently waited and helped till the problem was solved. The sound system I bought is working wonderfully.

We needed help setting up our new smart TV and also installing a google device on our other smart TV. Vincent did an excellent job and was extremely efficient. It was clear he knew what he was doing.

Justin Russo was an incredible consultant . Ordered an entire home theater system , laptop , Apple TV etc & his consultation & advice was seamless . So was the billing process and subsequent price adjustment. Have his direct number for future purchases which makes buying during a pandemic such a hassle free and personal experience. He is the best !

Joe Vanderslice took the time to educate me on the choices in products. I did not rush or pressure to make a decision. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. For future home appliance purchases, I will reach out to Joe.

Very professional and competent. Billy gave us very good information with his initial consultation to help us make decisions on what we wanted/needed. The installers came back about a week later and was on time, respectful, got the job done, and ensured we knew how to manage the new system. Would definitely use again.

Demetrius did a wonderful job of explaining everything needed for us to cut the cable cord and move to streaming. He gave me his card and said to call him if anything didn’t meet our expectations. Have recommended Demetrius to friends who are also considering moving from cable to streaming. Overall, a very good experience.

Anthony was very professional. Contacted me before my appointment to get ideas on what I wanted. And even though I wasn't available to go into the store when he would be there he made sure to get someone to assist me. And kept constant contact with me on the phone to make sure I recieved everything we discussed. I am very happy with his service.

We needed help with our WiFi and router situation which we totally did not understand. Our reception was pretty weak. The tech came out and installed three WiFi boosters throughout the house. Also we was wanting a new TV for our family room and one for a bedroom. One location was over a mantel. Dan helped us figure out what we needed.

B.H. provided suberb Home Expert advice. He was knowledgeable, thorough, and a good listener. He explained things clearly without talking down to me. He was very responsive in follow up inquiries. We have an old house with thick walls and few outlets. He patiently tested wifi signals and helped determine optimal placement for our Eero mesh system.
