MARK WAS SO AMAZING! HE SPENT TIME WITH ME ANSWERING MY QUESTIONS AND MEASURING MULTIPLE TIMES!! WE ORDERED MY OVEN TOGETHER AT THE HOUSE~BIG TIME SAVER~ THE OVEN FITS LIKE A GLOVE~LITERALY! THAT IS WHY I NEEDED MARK TO MAKE SURE IT WOULD FIT. I ACTUALLY GREASED THE COUNTER ON BOTH SIDES TO GET IT TO SLIDE! YOU SURE HELPED ME OUT MARK!

We had an extensive project, extending over many months, and included planning, purchasing products, installation and training. We received wonderful support from Michael and his team, all who were extremely knowledgeable! We loved working with Michael and his entire team and would strongly recommend them to everyone!

Lou was fantastic. We were moving to a new home with tight spaces and he really knew the right products to install in the rooms The installers that came were also excellent. They were very exact in how they did the install and asked lots of questions to make sure it went the way we wanted. We will be using the device again.

Looking for a Washer and Dryer, visited a couple of places, found what we wanted in first 2 stores, but neither had them in stock and did not know when they would receive new stock, Best Buy had both in stock and could deliver the next day, dely was on time.

Kerrie was very warm and friendly and knowledgeable. She gave us solutions that were easy fixes and made all out tech more manageable. I ended up buying a tv that I wasn't even really looking for. I was looking for a reciever so my surround sound could be hooked up again. She showed me the picture on my (now) TV and I couldn't resist.

The installers were on time, after calling first. They were professional and fast. They were polite and gave me their names 3 times but I don’t remember. I had the best experience from Best Buy from the time I stepped in the store to the delivery and installation of a washer and dryer.

Jade was absolutely phenomenal! She was professional, prompt, knowledgeable, and very outgoing and bubbly. It was always a pleasure working with her and she was spot on with her product recommendations. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her or the Home Expert service best buy offers to any interested.

Our in-home consultant, Tim Rockett, was amazing! He walked they all 3 TV installations to discuss the best wall mount options. He recommended one TV sit on the mantle and not use a wall mount - this confirmed to us that he was making the best recommendations for us and was not just trying to sell product.

The installation went great and was very happy with everything.

Paul Costanzo did a fantastic job helping with the selections, fridge, washer, dryer, 75" tv and 4 Sonos speakers, plus delivery and installation. My house wasnt ready several times and Paul was there every step of the way, to offer assistance, ideas and reschedule the deliveries. Great job all around

It was a pleasure working with Dustin and he was extremely helpful in going over what we would need to upgrade our system in our living room. We had no real idea what would work the best and he solved our issue and made it very clear on how to proceed.

I needed help with choosing the appropriate size television over the fireplace in my living room. Chris was very helpful in my decision making. He is very knowledgeable which made my decision making a confident and happy one! I was able to chose and purchase a television along with accessories such as sound bar in the comfort of my new home.

Geek Squad large appliance team came out to the house to measure our laundry room and make recommendations for the installation of a new LG laundry center. They quickly confirmed that our utilities placement would work with the new unit and completed our purchase and scheduled the installation appointment remotely. Very efficient!

One of the six speakers on our outdoor sound system quit working, so I called the Geek Squad to come investigate the problem. Antonio and his partner showed up and found the problem quickly and professionally repaired it. Thank you !

We went to Joe for kitchen appliance selection multiple times as our initial project got canned.. so we canceled our order and then reordered and Best Buy was very good in handling all the changes..
