This my third time using Best Buy for my home entertainment needs . I've been 100% satisfied with the quality of work, time for getting everything installed, and customer service. Fixing to start my back patio project with there team. Appreciate all the hard work

I asked for a consultation from Best Buy to upgrade my TV and sound system. Clinton was very helpful with options and also helped me pick out a cabinet/TV stand, which I didn't know was sold by Best Buy. I am happy with everything new which includes Smart TV, Sound Bar, CD/DVD Player and Sub Woofer. Thank you, Clinton, for your help and advice.

Jared was very helpful with setting up our livining room sound system and TV. We are also working on a Theater Room for my house. He is extremenly knowledgeable and very helpful. I know nothing about setting a system up and he showed me everything.

Fast delivery and installation. Will use BestBuy delivery again.

James was extremely helpful during in home consultation. He ordered what was needed-TV, sound bar, all necessary equipment and accessories for wall mount installation. I especially appreciated his prompt response to phone calls and emails and he always patiently answered my questions. He made the entire process painless.

Very knowledgeable and extremely neat and satisfying with the setup of our 77” TV and sound bar on the wall. Very helpful and answered any question given. This team is an asset to Best Buy.

Replaced old failing home theater processor, also replaced projector and screen. Tyler and crew were on time, polite and efficient. Having worked with local custom installers in the past the Best Buy crew are more efficient and cost effective.

Although the consultant was really good, I was not informed that the spotlight cameras needed to be charged prior to installation, which was impossible to do because the installer had the cameras in his possession, so I was unable to charge it. Ultimately, I had to pay someone to remove the batteries to charge them, and reinstall the batteries.

Needed help to make sure that the wall oven that I was going to purchase would be able to fit in the space, and Alex Osborn was helpful through that process, and with subsequent questions that I had about the oven and the dishwasher that I was purchasing. I appreciated all of his time and attention.

Beltchin Zaimov was always available and eager to answer any questions and help. I highly recommend him and let our friends and family know of our positive experience.

Both techs who installed the upgrade on my surround system and the upgade on the tv system were knowledgeable and pleasant. I have usedcthe Geek squad for years and they are a top crew.

What a great experience! I needed a lot of help. Eight year old desktop, phone with a hot battery and more. Steve visited my home, listed to my concerns, asked terrific questions and sent me detailed recommendations. We then met at the store to see all of the equipment he suggested, tweaked some suggestions and got the order ready to go.

We needed help with getting a new TV and music sound system as well as outdoor security cameras and security doorbell (with built-in camera) and received expert guidance and installation. The service was very friendly and professional, and all of our questions were answered clearly. We really appreciate the Geek Squad's support.

Austin Eads was so helpful as we searched for a new refrigerator that would fit in our kitchen's space. He came out twice and helped us decided how to move cabinets to make room. He also found a refrigerator model that was even better than what I originally planned to get. He is a very pleasant young man, too.

I have shopped at Best Buy for many years and I have always thought the Geek Squad was up to date on the latest in home technology. So when I saw I was entitled to a free in home consultation I was excited as I just bought a home in Florida. Unfortunately it was not everything that I hoped for. The gentleman was nice and friendly but when I told him what I wanted he really did not expand anything I said and did not give many options just told me he would price it out and send me the estimate. As I was not overly impressed I was going to give up on my thoughts but then I decided to call a local TV company and that person came in and gave me other options and thoughts and I wound up going with their company.

Worked with Zach twice to set up our new home, first with a challenging A/V setup which included high end analogue audio equipment and multiple mounted TVs and again with new appliances throughout. Having an in-home consultant is an asset with real value!

Needed help with washing and dryer machine. Chris provided great service and was there throughout the whole process. He helped me through the decision and answer all my questions. Great to have a person dedicated to ensuring I got what I was looking for. Very pleased with the service and extremely happy with my new washing/dryer combo.

Nathan was very helpful very knowledgeable of all the appliances that I had questions with he explain how to work the sad that I purchased and what’s best for my needs at my home he explained that it would be delivered and set up with no worries and that’s exactly what I got !
