The Magnois guys are great. They have taken care of us for the last 4+ years. Great wi-fi, Tivo, new 4K TV's in master and great room, great 'tracking' and constant contact. You will not be sorry to have this group take care of your video needs.

We had trouble understanding our new universal remote that was programmed by the Geek Squad. Our advisor came back to more fully explain our product’s capabilities so that we are now able to fully use it. Overall great service.

Our sales consultant Luis did a great job helping us set up the best design for our pergola, family room and bar. He was knowledgeable, professional and obviously very qualified. The installation team was great. Did the job in a short period of time, explained the system set up very well and made the job look great.

We recently had an in home consultation with Isaac. We found him to be professional, courteous, knowledgeable and a great listener to what we wanted. He explained pros and cons before allowing us to make a decision between a few different scenarios.

I could not decide what I needed for home electronics. Keswick was wonderful; very patient and knowledgeable. He spent quite awhile helping me make the best choices for me. The team that came to install was also great. Very very pleased with everything.

Wee needed help with picking the right TV’s for several areas in our house and one outside on our screened porch. We also had some tricky installation issues. You solved all the problems and picked the perfect equipment.

The two Geek Squad reps were absolutely wonderful. They were professional, took time and care to make sure the job was done correctly and didn't rush anything. Above all they were very polite and thorough in their installation. I was happy that I choose to purchase this option for installing my new TV.

Dave did a good job recommending some speakers to upgrade my surround sound package. I have since upgraded my AVR and surround speakers to match what he sold me. He was spot on with his recommendations and it was what I already was planning on doing.

Never had an in home consultation, we did speak with an associate in the St Peters Best Buy Store, he was Awesome. We were looking at purchasing a 65 inch Toshiba and after some back and forth, we ended up purchasing a 75 inch Sony Sony - 75" Class BRAVIA XR X90J Series LED 4K UHD Smart Google TV

When ever I want the best advice these are the best people to get the job done!

We were looking for a refrigerator. It was recommended to work with a consultant. We were very happy to do this as it helped immensely in making our choice, arranging our payment, arranging our delivery and being able to ask any questions. Most importantly our consultant was extremely Polite, helpful and prompt.

Great people. Didn’t try to upsell me on things I did not need and actually gave some great options to everything I was trying to accomplish. Gave me the ability to choose what I wanted to do to my home, and I appreciate that!

Kevin went the distance in making us comfortable in our purchase. He even visited our home to advise on the placement of our 65” tv and what brackets, arms etc we would need and the ideal placement on the wall. I would seek him out on future purchases.

Need help with the Televisions - he indicated the receiver on one of the TV's wasn't working correctly so when he left I ordered one and it still hasn't come (AT&T) hopefully that will take care of the TV's - My Samsung Family Hub won't let me get my shopping list on my phone - he stated an iCloud download of my pictures and it is still running - other than that he did a great job

Michael Smith came to our home to diagnose our problem and come up with a plan. He quickly came up with a price and the right tech for our job. All was taken care of just days later and the price was quite reasonable. I always use Best Buy's Geek Squad, they're the best!
