We needed help with 3 new Best Buy HD TVs plus Sonos Sound systems and surround sound. The Best Buy Home Advisor program was invaluable. It addressed all our questions/needs. Our 3 person team was Gonzo Gonzalez in the store, Scott Sheehan our valuable Home Advisor consultant. Don McKesey(spelling) with installation.

The guys that came to install my new stove and over the stove microwave arrived on time and were polite, professional, and friendly.

Great experience all around. Ed Caufield, our consultant, was very knowledgeable and was able to put a great system together based on balancing what we wanted and our cost constraints. He provided great feedback on where to maximize value. We love our surround sound system!

Wow! I was worried if the front load washer & dryer would fit but Jared carefully measured and it fit perfectly with an inch to spare! We also had him check the location for our new TV. Everything with the installation was perfect. Thanks Jared - you’re a true professional and you certainly know your stuff.

We had our new 65 inch tv installed with a Sanos soundbar just love it! The installer did a wonderful job putting it together and installing. We are very satisfied. They installed the tv, sounder and speaker and cleaned up after selves! Thank you BEST Buy!

I couldn’t make up my mind and the Hannah showed up. With her expertise and efforts, we were able to create a security camera system that worked for my situation! The price came in less than expected and her crew installed and taught me how to operate the system. It couldn’t have been done better or faster!

Arianna Elliott my Best Buy consultant was on top of everything from product knowledge to scheduling to knowing exactly what I needed to do to " prep " the work site - had some issues ( on my end ) she dealt with them in stride ....this is what service should be...she did a great job !!

Michael was very knowledgeable and helped guide our decision on what kind of television we should purchase. He also thoroughly explained the features and differences of differing models we were considering. He was willing to take all time needed to make sure he answered any questions we had.

In June, 21, Michael Feit came to our home as we needed a new TV. He was most helpful, thorough and knowledgeable and the Sony we purchased has proven to be just what we needed. Michael is a professional. In late November, 21 Michael once again helped me set up a Geek Squad visit. Promote Michael!

We had Rob Leiden come out for a home consult before installing our new refrigerator. It was a very good thing as Rob pointed out potential problems with the size of the refrigerator we order vs the space it was going in. As a result we changed to a better size refrigerator based on the space issues.

Justin is total professional. He followed the kitchen appliance orders every step along the way. His measurements were precise which was very important in my small NYC kitchen. Everything fit perfectly. Also, his recommendation of appliances was spot on, just what I wanted. You'll be very happy if you do business with him, I am.

It’s a super nice refrigerator, there is a minor issue with a piece of plastic on the shelf but Samsung takes care of the problem quickly. Highly recommend this refrigerator to anyone.

We are so pleased with all our Best Buy purchases and love the Total Tech program. Robert has been the best to work with. He helped us with new internet equipment that is great! He helped us with new appliances and a new computer. He is like a personal assistant and as you age it was a wonderful help.

Anthony has been outstanding! We are working together on my new eterntainment system I plan getting in the fall. He listens to my needs & makes appropriate recommendations. He also helped me buy my new GoPro 8 camera. He helped me set it up & get it ready to use. I am looking forward to continue working with Anthony.

I needed to upgrade my home theatre and Michael was excellent to discuss the various options with me. He put the whole balanced package together for me and it turned out just as I wanted. Jeff did an excellent job on the install, including pulling in the new upgraded cables through my ceiling and wall. I highly recommend their team.

We needed help with TV in our home. Raymond Z Was excellent and knowledgeable at the home consultation. Recommended great TV and sound system over stone mantle. Scheduling install was smooth except for small computer glitch in supply system, but he got everything back on track. Looks great!

Che was a godsend. His expertise enabled us to start "cutting the cord" to Dish. He opened up a whole new world of television to us. He also went above and beyond to get our appointment with the Geek Squad completed AT the scheduled time. He is personable, knowledgeable, eager to please and trustworthy.
