Andrew Comacho did an outstanding job. He arrived at some good suggestions for purchase of a refrigerator to fit in built-in cabinets, and provided all the information needed for our final determination. It fits perfectly and has all the desired features. We love the fridge!

I gave Brian Masino 5 stars because I could not have asked for more professional and knowledgeable support. Brian advised me on product options, made himself available at times that we convenient for me and handled all the details of my purchase and delivery. It felt like I got a "concierge" service.

His help made the entire process much smoother. I will certainly call him again if I need to make major purchases like that.

We were not getting strong WiFi signal despite recent conversion to fiber optic internet cable. Santiago Restrepo came to the house and recommended Eero as a booster for WiFi and Best Buy's Total Tech program. He scheduled an appointment for the installation of the Eero devices. Thanks, Santiago!

We needed help with a home security system. Conrad gave us several suggestions. I feel like we got a very good system. It covers all the areas we feel we needed to cover. I do have some learning to do on it yet which makes me glad I am a total tech member so I can get the help I need with no hassles.

Our consultant was excellent and steered us in the right direction. For our basement, we purchased a refrigerator, a wine refrigerator, and a microwave. They all match and work just great.
