On May 8th, 2021, James McGowan installed our Ring system. He was WONDERFUL! He listened to and answered all of my questions and he was so personable and professional. Generally very helpful and responsive; however he didn’t measure the length of the HDMI cable needed (he said 4 feet and we needed 22–not a near miss) and once he left with our order written up, he did not respond to phone or text messages. So a mixed review, to be honest. As to a recommendation, there have been many others who are worse and some better so I would have to say no.

Austin provided helpful assistance in setting up a new receiver, DVD player and CD player to complement my new 65 inch TV. He was patient and professional in providing coaching tips on how best to use these new electronics in concert with the TV.

Arthur was friendly, knowledgeable and provided excellent personal service.

Zach simply could not be better. He is fully knowledgeable, efficient, and keeps everything working.

My first experience was with a sales associate, who listened to my needs as to what I wanted, and didn't waste no time in recommending me to Priscilla. Priscilla come to conduct my in home inspection, and was very prompt, professional, and knowledgable in recommending the best products for my needs.

We needed help with a surround sound system that looked good and sounded great. Brandon was very knowledgeable and so fun to work with. He provided many options and we came up with a great solution for our space. He's very impressive and we plan to call him again soon for our next project!

Ms. Christina Garcia was our Tech advisor prior to us purchasing anything from Best Buy. She was helpful, informative, and listened to our needs/wants regarding existing tech stuff and new tech needs. Ricky was great and even after we discovered the initial design we picked wouldn't work due to some structural elements in the home he went right back to work and came back with an alternative that worked out great! Install team was top notch and hooked everything up perfect and did a quick training on how to use it.

Highest praise for Greg Boyle and his team. Greg did an excellent job in listening to my needs and his recommendations were spot on! Phillip Corley did an excellent job of installation with his team. I am very pleased with the quality of the equipment and installation.

I can't say enough about the Geek Squad Team and those that I have worked with. They are always very professional and have been address any questions that I have. My tech membership with them has been well worth the money and has paid for itself many times over.

Tiffany and her team were amazing they got us everything we wanted and more, they were always on time very polite and showed me exactly how everything worked and it’s been great. If I have any other tech needs in our house Tiffany and her team will be the one I call!!!

Best Buy's Home Consultant Doug Schreiber provided a free home consultation for my new kitchen appliances. He was professional and efficient. In addition, he provided follow-up information that I requested and kept in touch with me regarding delivery and installation of the appliances. Doug is an asset to your company!

Having a Home Advisor like Erin Kowalsky has been a wonderful experience. He has helped me in setting up my new home with Audio/Visual, Security, Networking as well as Learning Thermostats. He is always just a phone call or text away. Erin is a knowledgeable professional who is truly an asset to Best Buy.

Knowledge Brad was our salesman and was very helpful and knowledgeableabout tv’s and printers. We purchased both. Our tv and printer (Jay ) installers were awesome also. We did not get our tv installers names, it was a white female and a black young man.

Consultant was punctual, efficient in analyzing the space we had in which to install a new microwave. He did not see any problem for potential installation and, in fact, there was none.

We have been enjoying the system recommended by Giovanni, it is amazing. Never got the feeling that we were being pressured into any purchase. That is a tact that I don't react well to, usually with a thank you, and an exit, when I experience it.

David K. was great -- we are in our late 60's , David explained what we needed , checked all our TVs and computers . He was so patient and advised us what we needed , but no pressure . I would use him in the future and recommend him to our friends and family .
