We were looking at the new LG Laundry Center. Michael was very knowledgeable and professional. He made the purchase and delivery/installation set up seamless. Everything went according to plan and he was also helpful and informative regarding the PSE&G rebate offered for this purchase. We originally just went to "check things out", but ended up purchasing that same day thanks to Michael's assistance.

I needed assistance in selecting the right TV for my wall and Craig Pellegrini, the Best Buy consultant, came home and I am totally and extremely happy with my TV and Sonos sound system. Craig was extremely knowledgeable in his field, professional, courteous and friendly. I highly recommend Best Buy! They truly know how to delight their customers!

From the initial home consultation to the in-store selection, Ti provided excellent guidance about my purchase of my first wall-mounted big screen tv. His extensive knowledge enabled him to provide excellent advice on what would work best for me. The counselor from Bestbuy did an outstanding job helping design a new audio and video system for multiple buildings on the home properties. The installation crew were experienced and were even able to modify the work order so all installations were less completed..

From beginning of implementation of 8 Ring Cameras to completion, Grant Nudo was an excellent consultant. Grant came to my house, explained the technology and process. He was very informative, kind and patient. I was extremely pleased with Grant Nudo. He also offered in store assistance. Throughout the process Grant was in communication with me and led me step by step.

I had an in-home consultation for an entire home entertainment system and install. The advisor (Josh Diesman) was patient and thorough and knowledgeable and guided me to a system that appears will meet my requirements. He was available to assist in the purchase process and arrange delivery and installation. He even assured that that although there was a 3-month delay in going forward with the order all the original prices were honored or bettered! I have not had all the components delivered and the install has not been completed but I look forward to a good experience based on my experience thus far.

Matthew Baker and his associates at the Best Buy in Waldorf are wonderful to work with. They always make you feel like you’re their only client. So knowledgeable about everything. They have put in a theatre system for me, Wi-Fi mesh network, Ring network and a few other things. So glad I bought that geek squad plan. So worth it.

Although it took a month to get an appointment, I’m glad I chose Best Buy. The technician was knowledgeable and actually informed me of a better product to have installed. He explained how to work everything as well. The appointment was supposed to be 4hrs but took only 1.5 which was a definite plus because I unknowingly thought I could sit in the car area and wait or hit up a coffee shop. Luckily, no one was in the home theatre area so I sat in the recliner and did some work.

Outstanding service right from the start with great suggestions which helped us To select the best products possible for our needs. I would absolutely use this service again and would recommend it highly to anyone even with experience in this particular field.

Nicholas was great. My wife and I decided to give Best Buy a try, and we had our appliances ordered within an hour. Nicholas made sure we understood our benefits and ensured we could always text Nicholas whenever we had a problem. And when a service couldn't be fulfilled, he arranged for a refund for it. We love our appliances, and we appreciate the service we received with Nicholas.

Tyler helped us with our home theater equipment purchase and install, as well as TVs for our newly remodeled basement. He also helped us with our appliance installs and service. He is a very knowledgeable consultant, and always willing to help. It is great to have one person to consult with on all of our Best Buy purchases. He has exceeded our expectations.

Our sales consultant was Yvette Gonzales. She assisted me in my final selection of a Maytag washer/dryer combo. She was professional, polite, and listened. The sale was seamless and quick. Delivery and set up was also seamless but when finished the dryer would not turn on. The driver/ set up guy left after a call was made. Delivery of a new dryer was not definite at this time. I called Yvette and she took all the new information and said she would call back. Within a few minutes she called back and problem was solved. I received a new dryer Monday. Thank you Yvette!!!! We

David (on line) sent me a good grocery list of products that we needed for our security system. But the associates in the store struggled to locate the camera package that David proposed. After about 40 minutes they located our camera package needed. One item that was missing caused me a return trip back to the store the next day to buy it separately.

We needed help with a new home TV. Raymond Zawistowski came to our home and was very knowledgeable and helpful in our decision to buy our new 77" LG TV. he also gave us great advice on how to configure our sound system. As a result of his advice we were able to retain and use our existing built in wall speakers. The Sonos sound system he recommended works well and we are very pleased with the purchase of this new TV and sound system.

We had so many questions when we started looking for a tv. An employee helped us narrow down TVs based on our needs and recommended mounts. We had a weird spot above our fireplace that we wanted to put it and the employees that came to set it up were very professional and quick! I 100% recommend getting your next tv from Best Buy, everyone was awesome and we are thoroughly enjoying our upgraded living room.

I had several questions about equipment, compatibility, setup and use. It’s very hard to discuss those things in the store since the sales person has to rely on your detailed explanation of your situation. The best thing I did was agree to an in-home consultation. The consultant was very knowledgeable about my equipment and listened carefully to what I wanted to accomplish. He thoroughly researched equipment specifications and product details to ensure that his recommendations would be the best solution. There was no pressure to buy - everything in the end was up to me. Once everything was installed, it worked exactly as he said it would. I couldn’t be happier with the results.

Jon was easy to talk to from the start. He was very patient and helpful because he listened to what I wanted and what I needed. Because I am not exactly ¨techy¨ this was no easy feat! I was in need of a new laptop because I wanted something a little more updated because I would be teaching from home due to the pandemic. Jon helped me navigate choosing and even helped me after it was delivered because he checked in on me to make sure I was able to use my new laptop ASAP. I truly appreciate his patience and recommend him highly. I have already referred him to teacher friends. Best shopping experience online!

Working with Marvin and Best Buy on my Samsung built-in oven/microwave purchase was great. At $4k, this was a big appliance purchase for me. Mar vin answered all of my questions and guided me through the transaction. Everything was fast and easy. The installers were and Geek Squad folks were professional, friendly, and easy to work with. Very satisfied!

When Nathan came out to look everything over, he was on time, he was very knowledgeable about his product and what is able to do. Like others being in the country i was hesitant to think the satellite and sonos sound bars they carry would work to my outdoor tvs by the pool. They hooked everything up and paired them with Alexa . The crew that installed everything was quick as well... Thank you
