Needed help with our new home wi-fi network. Stopped by Lynchburg store and spoke to Kayla. She was AWESOME! She provided her undivided attention until we developed a plan. She coordinated a consultation with Christian, who was super. He listened and gave great suggestions for me to choose from, never making me feel as if my ideas were inferior. He made a no pressure sale and then set up installation. Guys showed up as scheduled. Both very professional and friendly.

The guys were very helpful showed me how to work my new tv as well as new apps I love my new TV and the set up it’s amazing and I already got a lot of compliments thank you guys so much awesome work and I greatly recommend they had great team work I give them both a 10 outta 10 thank you !!

The consultation was excellent, but the follow-up was deficient. The main purpose of the consultation was to determine whether our selected replacement oven would fit. While the consultant took measurements, they were not communicated to the installers, and the information on the new oven's dimensions on the Best Buy website were wrong. Hence, the installers had to improvise a rough solution for the installation. Finally, I emailed the consultant that the pickup crew failed to take away the old oven, but I never got a response. It remained in our front driveway for a long time.

We are extremely grateful to have met Victor! He is the absolute best. Not only did he help us find exactly what we needed but also reminded us about things we might have overlooked for our new kitchen. He was attentive and very detailed oriented. Literally, made us want to invite him to the kitchen he helped bring to reality! We will definitely be doing business with him again. We have never had such an amaig customer care experience like so

Let me start by saying the initial installation of the AV receiver and equipment purchased did not go well. But the steps taken by my in home consultant to insure my satisfaction were extraordinary!! I reached out to Alex Mauppin immediately after my initial issue. Funny thing happened ... not only did he commit to making things right, he personally arrived at my home within 15 minutes of my call to him and completed the installation himself! No passing the ball to someone else. Sometimes things happen. What a company does to make things right when things go wrong is the best way to measure customer service. I will call Alex from now on for anything I need!!

Kristian went above and beyond for us! He is extremely knowledgeable and spent a considerable amount of time on a Sunday helping us make the right choice for our needs. When our wall installation was canceled due to an emergency, he helped us pick up our TV & soundbar from the store and walked us through the basic setup. Most importantly, he gave us his full attention and treated us with kindness (which seems to be rare these days). Best service ever!

I was unsure how to mount a 65 inch TV in an area of our living room. Best Buy sent Lou at no charge to analyze the issue. Best thing I did. Best Buy then sent a Geek Squad Team to install and explain how the TV works. There was a minimal fee to install but well worth the price. If you are not the handy type ( like me ) this is worth the money

We had so many questions when we started looking for a tv. An employee helped us narrow down TVs based on our needs and recommended mounts. We had a weird spot above our fireplace that we wanted to put it and the employees that came to set it up were very professional and quick! I 100% recommend getting your next tv from Best Buy, everyone was awesome and we are thoroughly enjoying our upgraded living room.

We wanted to replace our built in microwave and out built in oven below it. The BestBuy consultant made precise measurements and advised us that the products we had selected would not fit. He helped us select another pair of products. When we went to place the order, we learned that the microwave trim kit was back ordered. He then found another manufacturer who had the trim kit and could have it to us in 3 days, even prior to the microwave being in.

Elijah Pujol, my home consultation advisor was awesome. He was very pleasant when I spoke to him over the phone. When he came out, he was very professional, knowledgeable and broke down information to where I could understand this new technology. He did a great job setting up what I needed.

I needed some assistance in obtaining kitchen appliances for my Mother's home which is undergoing remodeling. Since she lives in the southern part of the state, her options were limited so I arranged for a consult at her home. Unfortunately, the location was too remote for a consultant which turned out OK since the remodel work was delayed. So, I ended up consulting over the phone and was provided with some options to consider. While doing so, I had some questions about gym equipment and ended up getting a new elliptical delivered and set. We set the first of the year to revisit the new kitchen appliances once the work was completed. She also followed up with me after the fact to ensure everything was completed to my satisfaction.

Nicholas was great. My wife and I decided to give Best Buy a try, and we had our appliances ordered within an hour. Nicholas made sure we understood our benefits and ensured we could always text Nicholas whenever we had a problem. And when a service couldn't be fulfilled, he arranged for a refund for it. We love our appliances, and we appreciate the service we received with Nicholas.

Shaughn was outstanding. He is extremely knowledgeable in the TV/Stereo system arena, in which we were replacing both. A bonus- he was always on time at each and every appointment- both at our home and at the Best Buy store. He and his team made what could have been a confusing and difficult purchase, one of the easiest things we have ever done. We are very pleased!!

When Nathan came out to look everything over, he was on time, he was very knowledgeable about his product and what is able to do. Like others being in the country i was hesitant to think the satellite and sonos sound bars they carry would work to my outdoor tvs by the pool. They hooked everything up and paired them with Alexa . The crew that installed everything was quick as well... Thank you

After 3 sales people tried to help me and answer questions, I was ready to leave the store. The. Jason came and asked if he could help me. Thank goodness! He was so knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Assured me that the product I was buying was a good one. He followed up with emails. He should be recognized as an excellent sales person

From beginning of implementation of 8 Ring Cameras to completion, Grant Nudo was an excellent consultant. Grant came to my house, explained the technology and process. He was very informative, kind and patient. I was extremely pleased with Grant Nudo. He also offered in store assistance. Throughout the process Grant was in communication with me and led me step by step.

Andrew, was a 1-Stop Resource for all our new home needs which included Everyday Appliances, Home Security, WiFi Extenders, TV’s & Surround Sound as well as serving as a Project Manager for the Delivery & Expert Installation of all of the above. A True Professional who brought calm to the anxieties experienced during our recent relocation. Even matching Competitive Price Points. He truly exceeded our expectations.

Time was well spent with Nick and Tony. They asked pointed questions to determine our best needs. Lots of time spent to explain devices and technology. Price matched for best price if it was not on sale in the store. In the end, we are very happy with the products that we purchased, and we are more confident in our understanding of new technology. Upgraded our wifi to a Eero mesh network, purchased a Ring doorbell, Logitech Harmony remote, Sony blu-ray DVD player, Denon receiver and Sony 65" TV, and integrated our owned surround sound system. Installation teams were knowledgeable and prompt. Very happy with products and consultation process

We needed help deciding whether a 55" or 65" tv would best fit our needs in our living room. It was great to have Noah come to our home and help us make this decision. Having someone come into the actual space where it will be installed and talking through the options is really convenient and something you can't do in the store. Noah was very knowledgeable, courteous and easy to work with. This is a great service and it's FREE!!!
