The Geek Squad techs did a great job in installing znd setting up my new Yamaha receiver. They found and fixed a few glitches that meant everything worked as it should before they left. They allowed me to work all of the connections/devices in my setup to make sure all worked right

I was so happy when I was told by your salesperson, Clem Marotte, that this visit was free. This is a wonderful service. Made me feel like I was getting the model best suited for my needs.

The installation was great. Very professional and knowledgeable team of installers. Installed, cleaned up, and provided training.

My refrigerator install went very slow, without any issue. The gentlemen were professional and was able to answer all my questions.

The consultant (Aaron) was very helpful. However the serviceman who installed the new receiver didn't use the HDMI converter (2) that Aaron recommended. New vcr/dvd combo only plays the dvd and not the vcr. Prior dvd carousel player that was part of my system worked 3 weeks ago when my son was here but now the serviceman says he can't get it working...says maybe it needs a cleaning disk. Hmmm?

Thorough analysis of the work required. Best Buy looked at alternatives and came up with a reasonable proposal.

Experienced and professional support to help us identify the Mesh Wifi system and supporting hardware that best suited our needs. The expert installation and support with our Xfinity internet provider was very helpful. Ease of scheduling and clear communications rounded out a great Customer experience.

There were a few hiccups getting some of the parts ordered and the installation scheduled, but once those issues were resolved everything went great. The on-site install team was great. Solid professionals that know their products and did a great job installing, setting up, and calibrating our new video projector.

Robert came in to measure for our new fridge. He explained the whole process including water line hookup. He was very thorough and helpful and ensured we were getting just what we wanted.
