Alex is a very intelligent and informative Total Tech. He assessed our Wi-Fi issues. He recommended we get the eero Wi-Fi. Now that the eero has been professionally installed and proper instructions given. I’m now able to run 24+ devices.

We bought a new Samsung 85” TV based on our consultation with a Geek Squad member. The process was easy when he came to our house and showed us what the tv would look like and how they would take care of the installation. He answered all of our questions and we felt confident in our selection.

Adam was extremely knowledgeable, articulate, and patient in explaining the pro and cons of the various appliances and electrical components we were considering. Any questions or issues were handled immediately and well. I would definitely recommend him to anyone considering a purchase.

We had a good experience with Rob Bice, great advice, answered all of our questions. The installation team did a fine job. Took extra time to make sure our questions were answered. The 24 month/no interest financing was a big plus too.

Jared has been absolutely amazing. He is personal and patient. He came to the house and talked with us and helped us make decisions about the TV and sound system for our remodeled basement. While building a new home I contacted Best Buy for help with an extensive home audio design. Megan was excellent and professional from start to finish. She helped develop an entire surround sound system design, as well as in ceiling speakers for 3 rooms and an outdoor deck. He expertise and professionalism were outstanding.

I have worked with Chris several times over the past 14 months and i have never been disappointed in his customer service. He never fails to keep my best interests in mind and all of his tech recommendations have been spot on. I know that he is the guy that i will call for any tech issues that i have.

I'd just like to say that Tom McDonnell went above and beyond to make sure that I purchased the right components for my home theater. He even kept an eye out for when a receiver went on sale in order to pass along the savings to me. His expertise in the field helped me make the right choices and saved me money in the process.
