We needed an in home consultant to advise us what is needed for our home entertainment centers in several rooms in our home. Lauren Gross was our consultant and she was a true professional, handled herself with confidence and knew the best equipment for what we wanted to achieve.

Jacob provided great suggestions we hadn't thought of which solved our problem. The money he saved us on carpentry we put toward a better TV. On time and very professional.

we bought a new tv and needed advice about install and hookup to wireless. Got advice on the Nest system to extend the wifi. In addition Thomas helped us pick out a new stand for the bigger tv and arranged for the install and disposal of the old tv. Thomas very knowledgeable, friendly, and easy to talk to. Great job!

I love our Best Buy consultant Kerrie Bowden! She’s helped bring our vision to life on two different projects and she also helped address issues with our internet and helped to enhance our wifi. She even got on the phone with our ISO to address why I wasn’t getting the speeds I am paying for.

I highly recommend using the free home consultation offered by Best Buy. Erica Mora the in home consultant was very helpful and knowledgeable . She gave excellent design advise with regards to selecting the right appliances for my kitchen remodel. Her patience and friendliness made my remodeling experience less stressful.

When I first tried to buy a new 65 inch tv, I had many problems. I called called my consultant Jonathan Rosche, employee number 690954, and after much work and many phone calls, he was able to solve my problems and get my tv set installed. I don't think the sale would have happened if not for his excellent work.
