Kerrie was literally an expert in everything I asked her for. We were looking for a laptop and she was able to answer our questions and guide us based on our specific needs. We were nervous about choosing the right one and she made us feel comfortable. Ordering and delivery was a cinch!

I invited a consultant to my home to help determine which washing machine would fit in the area I had available. The consultant was very knowledgeable and helpful. He helped me order the product, set up installation and followed up to make sure I was satisfied.

For accuracy, I need to divide this purchase and installation of double wall oven replacement into three parts. The purchase was pleasurable with accurate information and the oven arrived on the promised date. The installation pre-visit was necessary because of dimensional constraints. It was accurate and we knew that very slight modifications would be necessary. (increased cut out by 1/2") The actual installation was not done well. The 55' vertical cut was done with a tool that did not allow for a straight line cut. It's covered by the oven face, so it doesn't show, but still, it was very poor workmanship. There was minimum effort in cleaning up sawdust, Two gouges into the sheetrock surround required patching and painting and paper trash was left in my driveway from the appliance unwrapping. There was no effort in cleaning the oven of handprints and my front door needed to be cleaned of dirty handprints. My three star rating is a compromise of the all services provided. all work and appointments were done on time.

I had a computer install the person did all of the work.Unplugged the old computer install the new computer and make sure everything was working.
