I needed speaker system like home theater system in my living room. Mr. Gerard came to my home and gave some suggestions. Since my living room has high celling we decided to go with sound bar arc. He placed the order for us and have them delivered. Gerard sent Geek squad service person and they installed it.

Anthony and the team were great when we needed to upgrade to a new TV, receiver, and blu ray when we bought our house with existing built in surround sound and required an underfloor fiber optic cable run. They made it all work with smooth universal remote control programming.

Gigi spent time and was very patient with my lack of techi knowledge. She helped me choose the correct mount for the deep space I had to work with. She followed up on my orders and corrected anything the warehouse got wrong. Thank you

we wanted a home security system. we werent sure what we needed, Justin was very helpful he explained all of our options, and didnt try to sell us more expensive options if it wasnt what we needed. I would recommend him highly he is a great asset to your company.

Megan Lee did an excellent job walking Gayle and I through the home entertainment device options. We felt we reached a practical solution that was an excellent value for the money. Megan was patient in explaining the options and what they did or did not do. The subsequent Geek Squad installation was flawless.

Scott was very knowledgeable of products. Helped sort thru size, features, and availability. When we had an issue with the third-party installers, he helped sort out the mess and facilitated getting different ones able to install .

The Best Buy supply chain is myriad and difficult to navigate...particularly the I.T. ordering protocols. Timely, practical intervention by Christina and her associates, the media installers in particular, brought sanity to the process.

Service was good, it was mentioned as in-home consultation by a local person, but it was virtual consultation, overall it is kind of ok,

There was a question as to finding a refrigerator I liked to fit into the space available. I was appreciative to have the consultation. It turned out that I had to have a cabinet altered, but am now happy with my new refrigerator.
