The Geek Squad consultant was more than willing to come to my home and let me know what he thought would be the best soundbar for my new TV. I'm very pleased with the set up I had installed, with the valued input from the people at Best Buy.

Keith was a great help and I am completely satisfied with my purchase. He also helped with a technical problem with another product that I bought from Best Buy. Greatly appreciated. I will say that the installation crew was problematic. The young man (assistant) was professional and calm, he gets 5 stars.

What a great service Best Buy provides for - in this case, Matt, to come to our home and hear what we wanted to do with our entertainment systems. We knew what we wanted & Matt made that possible! Very professional and paid attention to the details. Hat's off the the expertise that Best Buy has in their employees!

I recommend a professional Consultation with Matt. He came to the house examined the components and got me the right receiver! Before that I made a mistake and bought one that didn’t have all the connections and had to take it back. Then Matt came to my office and consulted there as well. Very satisfied customer

I needed help with replacing a dvd player and possible other surround sound and a subwoofer issue. David came out - looked at everything, reset a few things and determined the best products and cables for what I wanted to accomplish. Answered all my questions. Highly recommend!

Tyler was extremely helpful with guiding me through the home theater planning process.

We needed to update our router and I had no idea of which one to buy to fit our needs. Mr. Dawson came out and was able to tell us which one to buy and he even set up the delivery for the next day! (FedEx) botched the delivery so we did not get it for another 3 days) Mr. Dawson was so helpful and nice.

Mike Curran has been a great partner for many months as we are building our home in the Pinehills We have/will buy a built in frig, washer/dryer, 6 flat screen TVs and a complete sound system. Great experience with the consultant Mr. Murray He went over everything with me, the products needed for camera setup and when they could install them. Deals etc i would recommend the service for those who can’t get them up themselves Very friendly and speedy service
