I needed help picking out a big screen TV for my living room. I had it narrowed down to three, and Jordan helped me pick the best for my needs by explaining the differences and his personal experience. This is the second major purchase Jordan helped me with and it won't be the last. He's very patient and through.

Best Buy's Scott was really knowledgeable about the products. He spent extra time at our house listening to our needs and thoughts and then provided quality solutions.

We met Marco Martinez last year and he’s been a tremendous help. He helped us out with our surround sound and TV. Since then we have gone back to purchase more items. We will continue to shop at the Burbank location. The employees at this location are very knowledgeable with their products and extremely helpful.

Purchased a high end home theater stereo system one of the speakers in a 4 speaker configuration was delayed as it was a very much Dr desired reference speaker. Angela kept me informed and delivered to my home the minute it arrived.

I appreciated everything you guys did . Giving you 3 stars because of a couple things. 1- master bedroom tv bracket was not put on center of room and you had to mess with the tv to get it on center and it didn't look good.. I was told the studs weren't in the right place to achieve this. I later checked and found the stud to be to where it should be so the bracket could be on center. You did come out and correct that so Thank You. 2- the Roku sticks used were all wireless Which I don't understand. My house is hard wired with Ethernet connections so Roku ultras would have been ideal. I had to buy 3 Roku ultras because of how slow they are especially my patio which eventually did connect but the picture was really bad as was the same in the basement and the first floor bedroom. I bought 3 Roku ultras that are able to be hard wired and problem solved. I am far from tech savvy but for me to figure this out after I had your techs there a couple times and l found the solution, when they couldn't should be a concern. Now I have three Roku sticks I paid for that are no use to me.

I had a consultation with a home expert purchasing 4 kitchen appliances. Due to the placement of where appliances had to go I needed someone in home to make sure the fit would be correct. My Home Expert made all the difference so I did not make a poor choice on my own.

We had many questions regarding converting a dated home system to a newer one as well as moving from Cox to YouTube and Andy and Jayden went beyond themselves to get it done and us in working order as well as answering 1000 questions

The expert was very helpful describing the different equipment and setup options that were available. He helped me decide exactly which options I felt would be right for me.

We were in the market for a new Sonos Arc, subwoofer, and rear Sonos Ane speakers, plus we wanted a new 85 inch Samsung television. Jacqueline was very knowledgeable, helpful, perceptive, gave freely of her time and her expertise, and, in general, was an excellent consultant. We recommend her highly.

Caleb was the man. With 2021 supply chain issues he helped navigate and be the face of Best Buy. Awesome knowledge, friendly demeanor and genuine enthusiasm. The 77” Sony a80 8k oled, Sonos system and series x and meshed network transformed everything. Install guys were great too.

Christian was very helpful with our purchase of our TV and receiver, making sure we got the best price. The in-home set up of our TV and receiver was perfect. Very helpful and thorough. I appreciated them programing the remote and making sure I knew how to work it before they left.

DO want him to be our "Contact" with Best Buy in the future We showed our Sunbright TV to our neighbors and - referred Chris to our neighbors as well (The Patels) I believe they have purchased a Sunbright as well !!!
