Kurt came out to help on increasing our internet coverage in our house. He recommended the Eros system and ordered it for us. The Geek squad installed it for us. We now have internet signal throughout the house. Kurt also took time to answer questions and help us with our Sonos system.

I needed help purchasing a home theater receiver. Andrew Berube was extremely helpful in making a selection in what was a seamless transaction from consult to purchase to Total Tech membership, and finally scheduling the install!

Erika Mora is very professional and knowledgeable. She was prompt on time to measure the spaces for our appliances and she gave really great advice and when needed to consult about install she was very helpful ! I recommend her with confidence !

Heather was very knowledgeable about the needs of my home. Her experience showed me the direction I should follow. With her guidance I chose/purchased the proper equipment needed to have WiFi throughout my home. We set an appointment with the Geeksquad to set up the new equipment. Everything is working GREAT!

Very good experience, having the person in our home made the decision process so much easier. We explained what we wanted to accomplish and he made suggestions based on our situation. So I need a new one? My cable dvr remote only turns on TV. And, I am trying to decipher the ‘receiver’ manual online to get my surround sound to how it sounded before.
