Todd did a great job advising on all aspects of audiovisual and internet WiFi equipment. It was a one stop shop and he is a can do type of person who intently listened to questions and other feedback. He’s the best consultant we’ve ever dealt with for ANY services we have ever needed.

It was nice to be able to schedule an in home consultation with a skilled technician so they could see what our existing equipment was and advise what options we had to choose from. Allowed us to make a decision that will give us the ability to expand the system in the future.

I needed help mounting my TV, hooking up an audio receiver to my speakers and control everything using one remote and Jack was able to assist in everything. Jack was very knowledgable in what I needed and helped me figure out what equipment I could afford in my price range to get the best setup possible.

We had a new TV with sound bar installed in our living room. The 2 men were very polite and friendly. My appointment window was 8am-12 and they arrived at 12:30. They also didnt have the proper drill to install into a stone fireplace, so the job took 3 hours. While I am pleased with rhe job, having to be home for close to 8 hours seemed extreme.
