Freddy was very helpful when I needed to upgrade my 2 TV's. He came to my house and helped me make a list of what I needed as well as options. I also saw him at Best Buy a couple of times when we were finalizing the project. I'm very happy with my projects and Freddy was a great help. I highly recommend Freddy. Ray C

Our Consultant was helpful, but the credit processing department from top down is INCOMPETENT. A special combination of IGNORANT & ARROGANT. Long story short, the credit department at Citi is a joke and should be working at Kmart. Almost cost the sale, and wasted more than 6 hours of our time! The inventory situation for appliances is also not the best on the high end side. I suggest planning way ahead if you need certain appliances. I would recommend Best Buy get a new company to issue their credit cards, not the D team at CITI. It has to hurt sales and customer experience, like it did with us.

Jason came over and measured our space for a TV. He was able to recommend a great one based on the space and lighting in the room. He also made me aware of other services provided by Best Buy that I knew nothing about! Before he left he actually ordered the TV for us and it was delivered a couple of days later. It was an easy, helpful, and great experience.

I wanted to build a quality sound systemm for the new house. Anthony provided eduction and was very proactive quickly providing the service I needed including bring his team to my home to review my needs.

I needed a washer and dryer installed as soon as possible because I was having surgery and would not be able to drive for weeks. Anthony came to my house, measured the space in the the room they would be going and I had a new washer and dryer up and running in a few days.

We are extremely grateful to have met Victor! He is the absolute best. Not only did he help us find exactly what we needed but also reminded us about things we might have overlooked for our new kitchen. He was attentive and very detailed oriented. Literally, made us want to invite him to the kitchen he helped bring to reality! We will definitely be doing business with him again. We have never had such an amaig customer care experience like so

We wanted the best window AC installed properly in a third story window. Because the unit was so high from the ground, an expert install was a priority for peace of mind. Your representative was extremely knowledgeable in both the areas of the appropriate unit to purchase and the safest install suggestions. We purchase many items from Best Buy and have never been disappointed. Thank you.

Deron has been very helpful. He responds to my questions even when NOT involved in a purchase or consultation. I will definitely recommend him to others that are working with the Dayton Mall Best Buy. As a courtesy, even other in-store consultants put Deron as my consultant.

The consultation was excellent, but the follow-up was deficient. The main purpose of the consultation was to determine whether our selected replacement oven would fit. While the consultant took measurements, they were not communicated to the installers, and the information on the new oven's dimensions on the Best Buy website were wrong. Hence, the installers had to improvise a rough solution for the installation. Finally, I emailed the consultant that the pickup crew failed to take away the old oven, but I never got a response. It remained in our front driveway for a long time.

We need to help buying appliances and making sure that they fit in the spaces in our kitchen and looked good together. There were a bunch of other small issues that came up that could’ve ruined the job. Audrey was perfectly knowledgeable about all the issues and made the job easy. He also one above and beyond the call of duty helping us find a couple of accessories that really helped complete the job.

Robert is the best thing since sliced bread. How easy he made difficult decisions. Helping this old man is not a piece of buttered bread but Robert was so helpful and understanding of exactly what we needed well we trust him and will not make any more mistakes winging it on our own Don't hesitate call Robert at Best Buy and buy best. The installation guys JADEN AND SAGE where most excellent. Efficient on time, neat and clean. VERY THOUGHTFULL this team put it where it belonged.

Kristian went above and beyond for us! He is extremely knowledgeable and spent a considerable amount of time on a Sunday helping us make the right choice for our needs. When our wall installation was canceled due to an emergency, he helped us pick up our TV & soundbar from the store and walked us through the basic setup. Most importantly, he gave us his full attention and treated us with kindness (which seems to be rare these days). Best service ever!

We upgraded our home stereo system and added a soundbar to our tv. Our home consultation provided us with all the information we needed and answered all our questions. Michael was able to purchase the items online from our home so we never even had to make a trip to the store. The setup was scheduled and went smoothly. Each Best Buy or Geek squad employee involved was personable and professional and very knowledgeable. We absolutely would recommend their service to anyone.

A True Professional who brought calm to the anxieties experienced during our recent relocation. Even matching Competitive Price Points. He truly exceeded our expectations.

Ryan was my consultant to install eight flatscreen televisions, Sonos sound systems, and washer and dryer combinations at two different homes in the last year. He was on top of every detail and handled all issues that came up relative to item availability and scheduling the geek squad install. Ryan always made himself available either through text, cell phone, or email. He was quick to respond to all inquiries. I can’t say enough good things about Ryan. He delivers a quality customer experience.

We wanted to replace our built in microwave and out built in oven below it. The BestBuy consultant made precise measurements and advised us that the products we had selected would not fit. He helped us select another pair of products. When we went to place the order, we learned that the microwave trim kit was back ordered. He then found another manufacturer who had the trim kit and could have it to us in 3 days, even prior to the microwave being in.

We had been wanting a new home entertainment system for a long time. We are so thankful for the help we received from our consultant Matt. He held our hand through the entire process and we are very happy with the end result. The Geek Squad installers were great. They did clean work and were knowledgeable and efficient.

Needed help with our new home wi-fi network. Stopped by Lynchburg store and spoke to Kayla. She was AWESOME! She provided her undivided attention until we developed a plan. She coordinated a consultation with Christian, who was super. He listened and gave great suggestions for me to choose from, never making me feel as if my ideas were inferior. He made a no pressure sale and then set up installation. Guys showed up as scheduled. Both very professional and friendly.

Geordy was wonderful. We were sold a washer/dryer that was not correct for our space over a year ago, but Geordy helped us exchange them for bigger, much better units and we just paid the difference in price. He came over, was incredibly friendly, and communicated with us consistently throughout the process. Best Best Buy experience we have had!!
