Brain is simply amazing! He worked with me during a home renovation to get the video, WiFi, and sound system I needed before the contractor closed up the walls. He followed up with me and has been quick to answer my questions in a timely way. I am very impressed with Brian's professionalism and responsiveness.

In store consultant was helpful, had great suggestions and never pushy. Just explained all of our options. He did great!!

The home expert came out and reviewed our existing home network. We discussed what we wanted to achieve. He understood and put together a configuration for a mesh network. It looked good to us. Through him, we ordered the gear and he set up visit by two installers. Everything has worked out well.

The two gentlemen were great. They moved my old TV, installed the new one and made sure I could figure out the remote before they left. Even tried to put my sound bar in service, although it turned out to be too old for the new set. Very nice, very fast and worth the extra $$$.

We wanted to upgrade our home theater sound system, and Terry answered all our questions and gave advice. He was NOT pushy, and helped us get the best deal for our new equipment. He’s an asset to Beat Buy, and I’ll be recommending him to others.

Our professional in home consultant has been excellent whenever we are considering a Best Buy purchase. His attention to detail and suggestions give us great comfort.

We purchased a 63” LG TV and needed it hung and set up. Jared and his tech helped accomplish this. Jared came back in less than a week after our cable company had been here and finished setting up and training on the devices.

I replaced an ageing surround system with a sound bar and was disappointed. Best Buy's Todd Guerrieri made a house call and we settled on the Yamaha RX-V6A-TSR-700 paired with Definitive Technologies Procinema6D. This blows away the soundbar.

Jordan, Daniel, Brett, Miguel and the list goes on were a very awesome, diligent, responsible team. They cared about the entire process from design to completion even though they encountered obstacles in our home along the way. Now we are enjoying all the functionality. Michelle Lockhart was a great help in finding and reserving appliances for our new house at a time when items are in short supply. She has also been involved with coordinating appointments with TV purchases and installation. Good a group all around, definitely know what they're doing.
