We found out that our son could talk to Alexa with his AAC device and thought about changing/adding some items in our home to make turning on the light and playing music more accessible. Jay was very helpful in suggesting items that worked with Alexa as well as how to grow our smart home in the future.

It was time to upgrade our video and audio system and the consultant listened to what we wanted to achieve and was able to suggest some great alternatives to what we already had. The hardware we have now is really fit for purpose and I am delighted with the results.

Did what was on work order not what the customer needed. sales rep came to house sold me 6k worth of stuff and tv and speakers but no surround sound. said i need more things to get it . made suggestions but never made it happen.

Removal of old washing machine & delivery and set up of new washer went smoothly. The guys demoed all the dials and buttons - even my husband felt ok about using the new machine! Have had it a couple of weeks and we are very satisfied.
