Worked with Sherik on replacing 3 appliances. He was very nice and reasonably attentive in his communications. There was a mis-measurement on one of the appliances which resulted in an added cost, but overall we were pleased with his service.

We needed advice on selection of a new TV, wall mount bracket, and installation. Anthony Derosa was able to look at the location in our home and answer all our questions. He also guided us through the ordering process and clarified questions we had about Geek Squad and Total Tech support services.

Keith called previous to appointment to confirm as expected and arrived right on time. Keith was able to give me a great depiction of how the electronics I'm purchasing would work in my space. Super excited to see the finished product and also iterating on the rest of my home's electronics.

The connection of the speakers to the new TV was great. But the technicians were unable to connect the woofer. They promised they would come back to rewire it or provide a wireless woofer. It has been over a week since they were here, but I have not heard from them. Can you help me?
