Our experience was great and the advice was very helpful. We ultimately ended up scaling back some of our plans but Dave's input was extremely helpful to get us to the right design for our needs, and we'll look forward to getting back together with the team when we're ready to expand our plans!

after pondering for years on placing our TV above the fireplace, we finally decided to call BB for consultation. Mashia visited, from the start you could tell the should was a professional. She was very informative, suggestive and simply full of answers to our every question.

Jonathan was absolutely amazing. He listened to all my needs and granted them like a genie. He broke things down for me in such a way it felt like I could join the team and help out others like he does. We need more people like Jon in the world to show them how it’s done !

Grant Nudo was amazing. I’ve never had such awesome service. He was always available for my calls, took good notes of what I needed and filled all of my orders perfectly. So easy to deal with. and a nice person. He was the best.

I wanted to improve my sound with Samsung TV. JP went over the possibilities with me and customed a proposal for me. He knows his stuff! I went with his recommendations.

We have been challenged with the new technology and our consultant has been exceptional at providing us with service and answers. He has helped us feel comfortable with all of the features with our new equipment. No question seems to small and he has always treated us with the utmost respect.

We needed to replace a broken television and Michael's services have been excellent. He introduced us to the Beta program and we've since used him a number of times to purchase additional TVs. The install crews have been wonderful as well. We're glad to have Michael helping us!

The installation was great. Some of the design recommendations were less than expected.

Ashley was easy to talk to, competent, and intentional. Also easy on the eyes. She helped me find exactly what I needed that matched my budget.

Kelly is the best !!!!! Really tried her best to design/suggest a new AV system for us.

Hunter Lewis was very helpful. We needed to hard wire our internet due to work at home requirements. Hunter recommended google wifi as a solution and was able to order the equipment and accessories online and set up an in-home visit for installation. He was very helpful and professional.

Great job with the above fireplace install! They noticed that the mount I purchased wasn't the best for this installation. They had a better option in the truck, which I purchased and they installed. Great job!!...

Ben went above and beyond to remedy a situation (three Best Buy cancelled installation appointments). His recommendations were spot on! More importantly, Ben followed up and promptly “fixed” all problems which arose! Thank you, Ben!

Mr. Brown was kindly responsive to my multitude of questions and I understood clearly what my new TV and sound bars would look and sound like. His recommendations for placement and size based on my needs were accurate and I am very satisfied with my new TV experiences.

Brian set up a home theater sound system that used our existing wiring at a reasonable price. Had tried to work out a plan for this using different companies and was told to just get a sound bar. He planned the whole set up and it works great for what we need.
