Tony has been great working through the full process of deciding which televisions were best for each room, ordering, installation scheduling, and tech support scheduling. He is positive and easy to work with. He has the great ability to destress the full process.

We wanted to build a home theater system in our basement and reached out to BestBuy for the consultation. Brian Riggsbee from Best Buy came to our place and recommended the projector, receiver etc. based on the suitability to our space. Ordering was easy and Install folks did a great job.

The delivery crew delivered my new washer and dryer to my lake house about 80 miles away. They did a very good job unpacking the washer and dryer, moving them up the steps and into the laundry room and installing. They also carried off my old washer and dryer.

Geek squad did a great job installing my equipment. My consultant, Adam Tim, was a great asset, directing me on what I needed to buy to complete my desired outcome. My only complaint would be the long lead scheduling time to have the team come to my house.
