Installation of wall-mounted TV, receiver and speakers resulted in satisfactory connection and operation of all equipment. However, your installers said they could not hide the cords (TV cable, HDMI connections) behind the wall down to the devices because there was a metal bar in the wall below the TV, blocking access. They only tried one location and found an obstruction but they said the metal bar extended across the wall and they would find the same problem no matter where they tried. As a result, cords are exposed to the room and visible to the viewer. Not satisfied, I got another person to look at this and he found an unobstructed path in another location behind the TV to lower the cords behind the wall between the studs and completed the job your installers were asked to do.

Nicholas Estrela was our Geek Squad expert and he came out and explained what options we had as well as steering me to a product that did everything I needed without stepping me into something that was unnecessary. He was thorough and well versed in the product.

We were unable in that time frame to establish communication with her via text, email or phone call to get a status, and to add to our order. All equipment recommended working well post installation.
