    Working with Marvin and Best Buy on my Samsung built-in oven/microwave purchase was great. At $4k, this was a big appliance purchase for me. Mar vin answered all of my questions and guided me through the transaction. Everything was fast and easy. The installers were and Geek Squad folks were professional, friendly, and easy to work with. Very satisfied!

    Nick Brubaker and his team did an excellent job of working with ask and designing the perfect outdoor TV’s experience on our top deck of our houseboat. I would highly recommend Nick to anyone with entertainment needs.

    Jason came over and measured our space for a TV. He was able to recommend a great one based on the space and lighting in the room. He also made me aware of other services provided by Best Buy that I knew nothing about! Before he left he actually ordered the TV for us and it was delivered a couple of days later. It was an easy, helpful, and great experience.

    I made an appointment to have an in-home advisor (Robert Scott) come out and meet with me because I was unsure of what size TV would work best in my home, plus I had a few more questions I needed answered regarding the set up and installation. He took care of everything i.e. purchase of TV, scheduling the installation date for me and answering all my questions. It was fast and easy and I am so happy with the 65"TV and the personal and courteous service I received. Thank you!

    Jonathon was great in arranging for my new OLED tv to be installed and the surround sound speakers to be set up. I am replacing existing in wall and in ceiling speakers and then all of my equipment. Alex in the store was helpful as well and the two of them and some research of my own, designed a system that is going to be incredible. Jonathon even tested my wi-fi and recommended some improvements there. I get everything installed next Friday and Jonathon was incredible at arranging the install and pricing out my order. I highly recommend Best Buy and Alex and Jonathon as they did a superb job helping me get the Entertainment center of my dreams!!

    I am so pleased that it has been the same team over the last 18 months or so responding to my calls for service and installation. They are polite, fast, knowledgeable and personable. They are why I keep coming back to Best Buy. Will also was super duper helpful in getting everything set up and making sure I had what I need to continue to enjoy my sound experience.     The Geek Squad installed a 65 inch tv over our fireplace. This is the second time we have used the Geek Squad for a TV installation . It was a different team the first time but a great job. Jason and his team mate were on time, used masks and shoe covers, did a perfect installation and cleaned up like they were never there. We love the TV and installation but have decided to change the 65 inch Samsung TV they installed to a 75 inch Samsung TV within our trial period and we will ask for the same team again. Second time another great Job!!!!

    We were not in the market for a new TV but I saw this LG at Best Buy and after speaking to Devon, our minds were made up. We are very happy with the purchase. Devon was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions and the whole process was smooth and efficient from start to finish.

    I was offered an in home consultation when I went to purchase four TV's, Blu-Ray players, and smart home devices. The salesman I talked to was very knowledgeable; however, he felt he was out of his element with this large of a purchase and the depth of the questions I was asking. He thought it would be better to have an in home consultation and I agreed. The guys that came out were very knowledgeable however they kept pricing me well above my originally planned on spending. That being said, they give me a lot of great ideas and were very knowledgeable about the products. When it came to the final assessment and pricing, I was able to suggest higher quality items that were available at lower prices. In the end run, I have purchased several items based on their suggestions but have found higher value through some of my own searching at BestBuy.

    A very relaxed and chill experience. I had one my homework but to have someone knowledgeable come and listen to what I listen to and watch from where I watch was very reassuring and made the experience easy and pleasant. It removed the stress and turned out great.

    Jeff is pro. He didn't push but simply guided me to the solution. Didn't need a dishwasher with all the bells and whistles. Jeff guided me to a very cost effective solution and sold some additional services that I felt I needed. I have Jeff's contact info saved and will be calling him again for a number of projects that are bound to crop up. Thanks. Everything went great on the installation as well.

    This was the 2nd time that I have worked with Daniel for a consultation. Just like the first time, he nailed it! Did a great job of understanding my need, recommending products that I could go with and get the purchase and installation set up right away. Super happy with this recent TV purchase and install and will be definitely calling Daniel the next time I need more tech!!!

    Just moved into a new house that had various wires and speakers already installed. I had no idea what they were or how to drive them, but Michael came along from Best Buy and his knowledge was without limit. He made a couple of recommendations and explained to me what we needed to get the best out of the existing system and how to upgrade our existing broadband distribution. Excellent service and a charming member of the company. Highly recommend

    My advisor was awesome he help me decide what was the best television for my room the TV is awesome however with within a month after receiving the TV I had an issue The TV turned on and off by itself without a remote It only stayed on five seconds at a time and then turn on and off there was a menu on the bottom of the screen that I cannot takeoff I am now waiting on a technician to come out to see what needs to be repaired and repair it thank God for my warranty I am highly disappointed because I love the TV it is awesome but but I am highly disappointed that it went up so quickly but it still doesn’t deter me of the quality oled Televisions I just hope that this issue can be taken care of soon and never happens again

    Bestbuy customer service sucks, except at intial p

    I cant believe that this survey was sent to me after the horrible experience i currently have with best buy.i had a site survey which is suppose to tell you what you need BEFORE buying a product, and i was not told that i needed anything on my end for the installation of the dishwasher, when the installers came i knew they were going to gove me trouble because of a prior horrible installation they had did the day before for my hood vent which i told them they needed to chanhe to old coil and they refused to do it and now some substance has ruined my brand new 1500.00 stove because whater it is is hardened and wont come off without scratching my brand new stove, also instead of using proper materials to close the hole they created, they used SILVER TAPE,so needless to say i wasnt happy so when the SAME installers came the nwxt day, i knew some drama would occur,they claimed my valve was rusted and it is not, but now i have to pay a plumber 250.00 to replace even though my plumber says its not ruated as the best buy installer claimed, but anyway my kitchen is half done, the holiday has passed and would have been nice to have a completed kitchen as i also purchaed new washer dryer and refrigerator and stove, so i called to speak with store manager Darion who was not helpful, does not listen, and takes no responsibility, had i been told during the site survey conducted by bestbuy in my home that i needed pipes replaced, i could have did that several weeks ago, but instead my time energy etc has been wasted, and he kept referring me to customer support center of which i had to tell him literraly 10 times ive already contacted them and they were suppose to call me back in 25 houts and hwre we are another week later and no call ,Bestbuy takes no responsibility for their 3rd party vendor installation ,no responsibility for wasting my time, just give you the run around when problems arise, he refused to offer any store credit or giftcard or credit on dishwasher, instead he repeatedly ignored me and kept repeating over and over to call the same department that has not helped me, BUYER BEWARE

    Home Consultation Made the Difference

    We needed to replace our wall oven which was twenty years old. Measurements of new ovens appeared slightly different than our opening and we weren’t certain a new oven would fit. Other stores said we had to measure and take our chances. Best Buy provided Brad who came out free of charge l, measured and took our order confirming if it didn’t fit they would cance the order.

    Freddy was very helpful when I needed to upgrade my 2 TV's. He came to my house and helped me make a list of what I needed as well as options. I also saw him at Best Buy a couple of times when we were finalizing the project. I'm very happy with my projects and Freddy was a great help. I highly recommend Freddy. Ray C

    Geordy is amazing

    Geordy was wonderful. We were sold a washer/dryer that was not correct for our space over a year ago, but Geordy helped us exchange them for bigger, much better units and we just paid the difference in price. He came over, was incredibly friendly, and communicated with us consistently throughout the process. Best Best Buy experience we have had!!

    Our new theatre!

    We needed help updating our home theatre as the sound was not adequate. The Geek Squad came and our Geek was on time, courteous and very neat and knowledgeable. He completed our installation and adked for input along the way. Such as, was the TV the prioer height? He completed the installation and thoroughly explained how the system worked and how to troubleshoot common issues. He gave me his phone number in case there was an issue after he left. We are very happy with our new theatre and thank our Geek for helping us! He was great!
