Ethan was one of the knowledgable and personable consultants I have ever worked with (in any industry). He showed up on time, prepared, and treated me and my family with the upmost respect. We were looking to install a new 77 inch TV and he came ready with various different options ranked based on his personal preference for my setup. I would HIGHLY recommend him for any IT project you have.

We needed help deciding whether a 55" or 65" tv would best fit our needs in our living room. It was great to have Noah come to our home and help us make this decision. Having someone come into the actual space where it will be installed and talking through the options is really convenient and something you can't do in the store. Noah was very knowledgeable, courteous and easy to work with. This is a great service and it's FREE!!!

Daniel was incredibly knowledgeable and clearly demonstrated his abilities to communicate/discuss responses to our expressed needs and questions. He could not have been better. It was truly fine to encounter a really bright and experienced person who could share and plan with us to produce the best answers/alternatives for our multiple needs.

I used Best Buy’s Home Export for the creation and installation of my media room. I wanted to avoid using a provider that I was not familiar with and that would try to sell me on their own products. Best Buy was competitively priced and was able to provide various options for products. Installation was done very well and the service techs were great.

The in-home consult employee was very knowledgeable and was able to recommend a system that would enhance the sound equipment and TIVO recording device we already had. The following installation by the two Best Buy employees was very professional and the installation turned out exactly like we agreed upon during the consultation.

We needed to replace/update many of the major appliances in our kitchen as well as laundry room. Taking into consideration our desires as well as our budget, Matt was able to expertly offer suggestions as to the brands and models that would work best for us. He was able to answer all of our questions, and several days later met us inn the store for us to physically look at the items we were considering. Once we decided, he was able to place the order for us and make recommendations for delivery timing to coincide with the remodeling we were having done.

Andrew is very responsive and knowledgeable. Working with Andrew is very efficient and coordinating with the GeekSquad has been very effective. The ability to reach out to a consultant at Best Buy whom can provide professional advise, coordinate with the Geek Squad to schedule and install the purchased items, is a great service provided to the customer. We needed to replace our wall oven which was twenty years old. Measurements of new ovens appeared slightly different than our opening and we weren’t certain a new oven would fit. Other stores said we had to measure and take our chances. Best Buy provided Brad who came out free of charge l, measured and took our order confirming if it didn’t fit they would cance the order.

I had intermmitent WIFI signal in the far side of my home. The Tech came and check all areas of my house for quality of signal. He confirmed that my problem was due to the fact that my laptop was too far away from the Comcast router. He recommended that I order the Amplifi HD WiFi signal amplifier. After I installed this unit, everything works great. As advertised this amplifies the signal for a strong reliable WiFi. Before the Tech left my house he asked if there was anything else he might help me with, I had him check my 4K UHD Tv to see I had the proper settings for best picture, I did not. He also educated me on other WiFi options offered by Comcast. He was great

I did not know Best Buy offered an In Home Consultation service. This was certainly a painless way to shop!! My consultant, Kevin, was very helpful and knowledgeable about Smart TV's and what would be involved in the set-up etc. He was patient with me when I asked many questions and explained the services Best Buy offers. I would highly recommend The Home Consultation service, especially if one is considering different alternatives for purchase. The service has no charge. I was so happy with him. I had stopped at the store once prior, so I did see the TV in the showroom that I eventually purchased. Did the entire sale at home!!! Was so awesome!!!

The Home Expert measured the space accurately allowing for the geothermal unit that was near the entrance door, ensuring workers would be able to clear area without damaging the unit while conducting the washer and dryer install. Consultant also took in our stature while helping us pick models that would be easily accessible for us.

Aaron has helped me in the past with electronic purchases and he delivered once again. I described what I was looking for, he researched it and gave me several options. The best part, everything was waiting for me at the store and everything performed as desired. The concierge service is fantastic.

Alexis Pardo was very professional in guiding and answering our questions about kitchen appliance purchases! It was extremely helpful to have had one single person be in touch with us through the project from removal through installation. So, instead of replacing just one appliance, because of Alexis, we now are very happy with an entire LG kitchen.

Jeff is pro. He didn't push but simply guided me to the solution. Didn't need a dishwasher with all the bells and whistles. Jeff guided me to a very cost effective solution and sold some additional services that I felt I needed. I have Jeff's contact info saved and will be calling him again for a number of projects that are bound to crop up. Thanks. Everything went great on the installation as well.

As consumers, we all need education on new products that are available to us. Our adviser provided excellent customer service on educating me and also not pushing me on product selection. He understood what my current equipment I have at home and how certain products can add to what I have to improve me sound. Would recommend him.
