The installation team did a great job. The team explained everything before installation started, and kept me informed as installation progressed. They also assisted me as I set up the device using my smart phone. Installation was professional and neat.

There was a great deal of confusion and incompetence regarding my order. Darius Jackson took charge, unraveled the issues and straighten it out. He was patient and gave excellent customer service. He will be my to go guy because he was knowledgeable and competent with good manners.

Megan came to our home measured all appliance openings and and found a complete set to match. Very good at her job! Would definitely use her services again

We really liked the way the Geek Squad handled of our new television installation. They were efficient and friendly and quick. The best part was walking us through the controls and features of the new product.

Very knowledgeable but as with every company lately Ben is overworked. He made some good suggestions and then I had a hard time reaching him as like many companies they seem short staffed. I know I do not get the level of service I previously did from Geek squad and they keep to on hold forever so I’m feel for Ben. I’m planning to upgrade some audio and hope he has time to assistZ.

Andrew has been informative and easy to work with. He’s been great at adapting to construction schedules for the prewiring. Cannot wait to see the finished product. He has also kept track of the home appliances that have been delivered and those we are still waiting on.
