Needed help with a home theatre set up and speaker installation. Our consultant was very knowledgeable and walked me thru the entire process and answered all my questions. He gave great recommendations on products to get as well.

Nicholas was very professional, courteous, and responsive. He walked me through the needs, pros and cons of the products, etc. and provided insight to everything, making me comfortable in using the products.

We needed to replace a 10-year old French Door refrigerator that had defrosting problems due to poor design. Our consultant appreciated these issues and steered us to another manufacturer with better owner satisfaction ratings.

Delivery took 15 minutes! Drivers were on time, measured every doorway, carefully removed my old fridge, installed the new fridge easily, cleaned up all packaging And even put a door back on the hinges that I had removed for installation.
