Alex helped with our home theater design. He was an excellent counselor from start to finish. Gave us a lot of options and the pros and cons of each. Will definitely be back for any future needs. I will update with photos at a later date when our custom built in is in place.

This is the second home theatre system Zack has designed. We have been so impressed with his knowledge and expertise in home theater and electronics. He is also professional and very kind. We wouldn’t have trusted our new home to anyone else other than Zack! We will always request him!

I purchased kitchen appliances - refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher. Richard was very knowledgable and helped me make decisions to meet my needs

I purchased all the major appliances for the house remodeling project from Bestbuy with the help of Alfredo from the Santana Row store. He was helpful when deciding which appliance to purchase, but after we finished the purchase, he is extremely difficult to reach out to. It takes days to get a response from him. It makes us very worried if we could still get our items on time, or if we can get the exchange processed successfully. He constantly does not pick up his phone and does not call back. He constantly said he is on the way or busy in meetings all day. I understand he is probably a manager or senior folk, then delegate the work to other people in your team and provide answers and updates to your customer! It makes me regret choosing Bestbuy for making the $10k+ purchase.

Linda is a real pro. She helped design a "refresh" of our family room TV & stereo system and the replacement of our outdoor patio speakers. She is knowledgeable and very easy to work with. Best Buy is lucky to have someone like Linda represent the company. Great job Linda!!

This is a follow up to a previous review. I initially gave this range a rating of 3 stars. There is no question that it has a learning curve but once I jumped over this hurdle I’ve had nothing but success. I love this range and deserves a 5 star rating!
