David was exceptionally patient with us. When we arrived and asked for his assistance, he helped us for over an hour. He told us afterwards that he was actually done with his shift right when we got there. He was very knowledgeable and very helpful.

Shout out to Grant Ackers. He has helped us with a couple of projects now. Tv and surround sound for family room and most recently an outdoor TV and sound bar. He is professional, extremely knowledgeable, cost conscious and fun to work with. Highly, highly recommend!!

Cayla Bearden was very professional, helpful, and friendly from our initial meeting in the store to her home visit. She did a great job scheduling my wall mounting and answering all my questions. She also helped me compare pricing options and to pick the best fit.

We had no idea what we needed to accomplish what we wanted to do. Frank listened to what we had to say and then let us know what are options were. He was very professional and knowledgeable and helpful. We got exactly what we wanted. I highly recommend Frank.

The consultation seemed good in the beginning, although the measuring was not quite what I expected (more on this later). After I was given only one choice, when I found out later on that I could have had better options, I purchased what was suggested. After the consultant left, I realized that I was billed for items that were NOT explained to me, nor did I actually want or need. The internet hook up that costs $50 per unit, are absolutely not essential, and something that anyone with a cell phone can easily do...in fact, the installers also didn't even know why I was charged, and simply said that it's something that I can do easily...so I needed to go back to the store and get those removed. The installers did a good job with the oven, but failed a bit with the fridge. My door handles are uneven and they should have leveled them. When I pulled my freezer door out, the entire fridge came along for the ride, so I had to put the wheel stop on myself. however, the fridge is not leveled properly so the top of my pull out freezer has a nice gash as a result....seems like the more you spend, the more they don't care. Now let's talk about the actual "fit"...the consultant failed to measure the area correctly because he did not account for the extra 3" that the refrigerator door handles add. I mean, this is a professional and he "forgot" to account for that? I think he was eager to make a sale, and could have offered a different fridge that was handleless that would have been a much better fit for our space. (I saw them after). Because of this, I went and requested a refund...but after thinking about it, and since we already donated our old appliances figured we would make due, and cancelled the refund (we kept the items)...However, I didn't know that the $50 gift card that came with my original order was now CANCELLED...and customer service is NOT able to give it back to me. I have purchased a lot of items at Best Buy...but this level of incompetency cost me time, money and a $50 gift card. I caution anyone who accepts help from Best Buy to do your own research because their "professionals" are not professional...they're just your average salesman looking to make a buck. I am highly disappointed. I am choosing not to post pictures, but I may do so in the future.

Lauren has been awesome! She took the time to drive to our home and give us great recommendations. She has also fielded many questions since our initial appointment. Lauren is the reason why we made all of our purchases through Best Buy. I would highly recommend her to others.

Sam Huisman gave us great advice, found exactly the equipment we needed, and followed up to be sure everything was perfect. I've already recommended him to a friend. The delivery guys were excellent for the appliances and TV system we bought.

Very pleased with Ben and appreciated his concern to give us what we wanted. Even though we did not purchase the product he advised, he did look at the product we were thinking of purchasing and advised it would work with my husband's hearing aids.
